Ambience and food is really good. However service is very poor, we had wait period of 30-45 mins for every food we ordered, while the place has very less crowd, like 4-5 people other than us.
I've been to countless brunches in the past, but not to a dedicated all Italian brunch. Last Sunday I was hosted by Bene at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel - Brigade Gateway. Chef Roberto Apa and team showcased the best of authentic Italian cuisine. Buffet spread featured handmade raviolis, artisanal breads, wood fire pizza, smoked meats and classic Italian desserts. I highly recommend a visit if you enjoy italian cuisine like me.

Visited the place for a baby shower event. it's a nice place and open space. Ambience is good...The starters had varied items like smoky panner tikka, malai kabab, fish, and cheesy potato balls were super fantastic. The main course was also good with varied items like subz biryani, paneer achari, chicken items, sweet dish and icecream which was very nice too. It was a nice experience. Live dosa counter, panipuri counter... All over it's a nice place to visit..

Bene is the Italian restaurants in Sheraton which showcase the epitome of Italian cuisine at its best. I went there to attend their Tuscany Food Festival a long time back and loved every bit of it. The interiors of the place are classy and the open air at night looks beautiful.

The restaurant has a classic long cocktail bar. The menu has quite some signature cocktails there. The recommended ones are :
🔹Negroni Sbagliato - a mix of vermouth and sparkling wine.
🔹Tuscan Sunrise - a concoction of gin, cranberry, and mint.
🔹Tuscan Cider - a vodka-based drink.
*Food*
We started with some Marinara pizza and it was a heaven. Wood fired oven cooked base along with the best sauce and cheese. A must try in Bene.
Some other food items we had included Testaroli which is homemade pasta served with basil and pesto. Champpignon Alla is a mushroom , spinach, parmesan based dish which just hits the right flavours.
The show stopper was the Tiramisu which was so so delicious that we had to order two more to satify our cravings. Hands down, the best one I have had so far.
Good food as appetizer or to share.
You sit kind of outside, but the location itself is not really great.
