The muffins and cakes are great. Couldn't find anything better than the ones I had here. I have tried the rolls here, but they are not that good. The ambience and service is unmatched.
Mostly had their cakes &pastries so far...all r yummy...recently have their chocolate tart but the outer crust was too hard!!!loved the quiche and tiramisu cake...
One of my favorite places to hangout late at night. The place remains open till 2 AM.
I guess in one of the only places where you can get Biryani this late.
The place serves incredible pastries. Belgian mousse is awesome.
Coupled with bangalore's weather at night anda lovely ambiance outside, this place is a must visit!
The place was a refreshing change for us in Bangalore where almost everything closes at 10 PM. Had tarts which were to die for. The options in sweet and savoury were more than expected.

i never knew there could be soooo many thing just in a coffee shop, pastry to cakes to snacks and full on food as well such as biryani, etc. Good food for such a convenient price and good service. The Mexican and Appam with Stew on counter was awesome.
My favourite place lately...This place is Known for its ambience and is the only place in Bangalore to find food at 2 am... The reason we come here over and over again is the hospitality provided by Vikas.. Desserts are awesome...Especially the Belgium chocolate mousse is to die for...

For business discussions, work, or fun (if I could buy this place I would):Food & Ambience:- Its open till 2 am which works in my favor - Taj should explore opps to keep this open 24/7.- The food options are plenty, liked the open grill that was started, the Lamb Pie, biriyani, pastries, all the varieties of snacks and the best of them all is their COFFEE.- Live music used to be played, Taj - bring back Michael and group.- The best ambience (according to me) in any weather.- I go there for the peace and quiet. Taj - don't change anything.Staff:- All the staff were and are very cordial, professional and helpful. Kudos to them.- Appreciate all those who worked the late shift.- Thanks to VIKAS for being a Brand Ambassador for Taj, its his hospitality, kindness and accurate service along with attention to every detail that has made the place what it is. MISS THIS PLACE!!! Thanks Josh for introducing me to Caramel 2 years back. Had been yesterday after a gap of 3 months, Damn! A sip of Coffee brought back all the memories and fun which we had for 2 years. Never missed a day to visit Caramel when I used to work in ITPL, I just Love the ambience, that silent music, salads, caramel custard, subs and of course Coffee! Vikas, you were amazing with Coffee yesterday. Will try to make it atleast once in a month. BTW, our WhatsApp group chat name is Caramel..lol.
I have been Bangalore for around 2 years and this place has been like my second home...the staff has been awesome and especially Vikas has been brilliant....I am in Mumbai now and I certainly miss this place..
