A good small cozy place 😊 not a place where you would go separately, but when you are staying here at the price hotel, this is undoubtedly the best option.
They have some amazing bar menu, very innovative
Anardana(run based cocktail)
Santra (whiskey based)
Kadwa (a kadwa whiskey based drink)
Jhatka (vodka based drink)
.
.
We tried multiple things like Paneer Tikka, ghee roast like, pepper chicken, but the star was simple and best, cheese toast :) all the desserts we're awesome though.
service was lovely. Overall a good experience !!

Say huge hearted welcome to this chic restrobar in Richmond Road. This place is on 1st floor in Pride Hotel so parking is not at all an issue here.

For the drinks, this place has awesome cocktails with unique flavour combinations like, anardana, jhatka, imli ka boota, kadwa, santra. Out of these, I really liked santra but all other fla ours are also a must try..

Few of my favorites that I tried i am mentioning here....

Paneer tikka-- superbly Marinated with right spices, paneer tikka was really good to try

Chilli paneer - - if paneer tikka was good, this was awesome. Yes really prepared well dish with right indo Chinese flavours

Chilly cheese toast - - yes u do get it in a restrobar and honestly i had ordered for more coz first plate served just vanished away. Finger licking good..

Dal makhani - - blended with original North Indian flavours, dal makhani was way better than most of the places I have had it bangalore.

Brownies with ice cream - - moist chocolate brownie topped with chocolate sauce served with vanilla ice cream, absolute bliss to end the perfect night!!!

Small little restobar located inside pride hotel near Richmond circle. Place can accommodate around 20 people and perfect for throwing party. Interior is very minimal and is full of blue lights which is perfect for partying. Visited this place for a party and totally loved it.

We have tried few cocktails which was served in bottle with ingredients used and name of drink written on it. Love the innovative name of cocktails.

Anardana: Rum with pomegranate flavor makes it perfect for rum based cocktail lovers.

Santra - Whiskey with orange flavor was my favorite over here, perfect for whiskey based cocktail lover. Must try cocktail

Kadwa: Whiskey with bitter flavor will give you bitter aftertaste, was different and innovative. Drink at your own risk :P

Jhatka - Vodka with pineapple flavor and has little spicy aftertaste.

Imli ka boota: Tequila based tangy flavor mixed cocktail will certainly give you the edge over other drinks

Starters and main course which we tried
Paneer Tikka: whichwas definetly a prefect stater for all vegetarians out there. paneer was super soft and tender. They have two flavour: achari and hariyali, both are equally nice and must recommended.

Cheese Toast: One of the best they have in their menu, crunchy bread with lost of cheese and herbs.

Chicken pepper fry: was prepared properly with perfect blend of spices. Chicken pieces are juicy from inside, must try starter.

Chicken ghee roast was prepared differently with their own style and was not authentic ghee roast, so if you want different flavor and taste then definitely give it a try

We had butter chicken and dal makhni with garlic naan at the end and they have done justice to prepare these. Butter chicken was creamy and chicken pieces were properly cooked and soft. Dal makhni was also good but somehow I feel it could have been better.

Overall, a good place to hangout with friends. Service was ok but staffs were very friendly and courteous.

This is small restobar within the hotel PRIDE. With a small seating capacity of 20 people. It has comfortable seating with a bar, and a huge screen to watch games or shows.

In drinks u enjoyed the COCKTAILS served in glass bottles.
My favourite was KADWA and WATERMELON SLUSH in mocktails.

In starters
MALAI CHICKEN, PANEER TIKKA , CHEESE TOAST are a must try.
ALOO AND ONION PAKODE- little dissaponting.
RAWA FISH is my all time favourite.
TANDOORI NAAN and daal was delicious too.

The highlight was the rich decadent BROWNIE with generous chocolate sauce and Icecream, a killer combo.

Overall a great place to watch a game, service is print and the bartender is very courteous and makes drinks according to it choice's.

Rich ambiance, finger licking delicious food, great place to hang out with friends or family and drinks you've never tried before! All of this and much more is promised when you visit fuel restrobar in Richmond road. The place is small but can pack about 20-30 people. Their bar is grand, their drinks are a gastronomic experience altogether and their service is on point! We were really pleased to try out almost all the quirky cocktails. A tamarind juice infused with salt and tequila and named Imli ka boota was so tasty we even ordered seconds. Anardana was the sweet-bitter mix of pomegranate, white rum and lime juice with seeds for garnishing. An even crazier drink was by the name of Jhatka, green chilli, pineapple and vodka! The food and about 99% of what we ordered was beautifully presented, tastefully made and served well. Rava fish, Pakoras, corn masala, chicken ghee roast, manchurian and fried rice comprised of our meal and was worth the price. We were hosted generously by the staff and would love to go back for more!

Located inside the Pride Hotel on Richmond Road, this restrobar is a cute little place that can fit about twenty-thirty people. With a spectacular bar and dining experience to offer, this place was a pleasant surprise, a hidden gem to stumble upon by chance. The interiors, food, drinks and service were all on point and very inventive! Cocktails that I loved best to try were Anardana, Imli ka boota, Santra and a wine infused cocktail. One combination that I could give them credit for experimentation was Jhatka, a green chilli, pineapple and vodka drink! This one would hit you straight in the throat and you'd still continue drinking for the burst of flavours in your mouth! Amidst the food, we tried chicken ghee roast, cheese toast, peanut masala, corn masala, rava fried fish, mutton seekh kebab, paneer tikka, butter chicken, dal makhni, manchurian and fried rice! For sweet we had brownie with ice cream which was piping hot and delicious! The food was truly delicious and complimented the drinks well! An absolute must go to place!

A small cute bar in the kitty of Pride Hotels, they serve some really interesting cocktails in unique bottles, serve some real good food and amazing service. Located in Pride Hotels they have enough hotel parking with valet option available. With a seating capacity of around 30 pax, they have things for everyone. Stack of wines, comfortable sofa seating and bar seating, the amibience is decent with dim lighting and perfect for a meal with drinks

WHAT WE HAD

Coming to drinks we tried many of them with the following signature ones

➡️ ANARDANA - White rum with lime juice and pomogrenete, this tasted good and was mixed really well. You can feel the flavours, served in a white bottle, this was the best of the drinks

➡️ SANTRA - White rum with orange, this was sailing smooth. You can gulp the smoothness. Again a must recommend one. More or less a whiskey sour

➡️ KADWA - A bitter flavour mixed with whiskey and white wine, this could be good who have a bitter appetite. Not ideal for me

➡️ JHATKA - How you imagine your vodka with pineapple and green chilly. Yes this drink did justice to spice lovers with green chilly and blue Curaçao mixed well with the drink

Coming to the food we had, the best of the courses as below

➡️ CHEESE TOAST - My personal favourite. Nice soft crunch of bread topped with good amount of cheese and mixed with veggies and seasonings, this tasted ideal. Simple yet perfect

➡️ CHICKEN GHEE ROAST - Good to have but not the best of the dishes. Could have been a little better of they try to match the authenticity.

➡️ PANEER TIKKA - Soft tender paneer well marinated defines the paneer tikka a decent one and they match the expectation.

➡️ PAKODA - Potatoes and onions mixed well to make the pakodas, they tasted perfect and we're one of the good to haves as a bar bites with French fries.

➡️ RAVA FRIED FISH - Good on pallet, this was well fried with tender fish inside

➡️ MUTTON SHEEK KEBAB - A little more chewy, these would have been better if we have had eaten when on plate

➡️ BUTTER CHICKEN AND DAL MAKHANI - A place nails the Punjabi food if these 2 are perfect and this place proudly keeps itself upto the mark with these 2 dishes. The butter chicken was nice authentic and served well with garlic naan. So was the Dal makhani which could have been a little better but they were almost there

➡️ RAS MALAI - A big fan of rasmalai, this place serves some of the best ones in the town! A bliss of a dessert and they have nailed it again

➡️ BROWNIE WITH ICE CREAM - Simple yet good, this was again nice and tender brownie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Fire Safety - Located on ground floor inside Pride Hotel. It was a quaint and minimalist pub/ lounge bar. No blocakdes at exit point. No secondary exit.

The place is located inside the Pride hotel. It is one of the few restaurants available inside the Pride hotel. Pride hotel being one of the premier hotels gives this small yet quant bar to have a good drink or two. The place is not very elaborate but however can seat 20-30 + guests.

They serve good food and the bar man was quite innovative in the drinks that he served. The presentation of the drinks was nice and seemed value for money. Service was good and staffs were prompt and attentive to guest needs.

Although the music was good and the seating arrangement quite decent, I felt deep space could have been bit more and the seating could be made much more relax and sofa type. I did speak to hotel staff about it and they have plans of extending this to few more lounge rooms that they have. Being located around prime Richmond road area, this would be definitely be a plus and added attraction for the place.

The place is dim lighted and cozy, perfect for a get together with friends.

Coming to drinks first.

🍹🍹
Jhatka - A punch of vodka, pineapple juice, green chilli, blue curacao. An innovative drink which would give a smack on lips and a slight burn on the throat. The balance of flavour was good and enjoyable.

🥃🥃
Kadwa - A wine, whiskey combo punched with angostura bitter. A bitter, strong punch of a drink.

🍷🍷
Anardana- Made with pomegranate, lime juice and white rum had a good infusion of flavour. Swirl it in mouth before swallowing to get the best of the flavours.

🍹🍹
Santra as the name suggests, a punch of orange and whiskey, the desi whiskey sour was done well too.

🥖🥖
Imli ka boot was tang and spicey ( tamarind and Chaat masala ) infused in tequila. I felt the tang neutralized the strong of tequila. A tad less of Chaat and tang would have made the drink more enjoyable.

In mocktails,

🍊🍊
Pinny Orange, the non alcoholic version of Santra, was refreshing and nice.

I liked the way, the drinks were presented in small pint sized bottles and labelled about the ingredients.

Coming to food, we liked the food quality and quantity.

🍢🍢
Paneer Tikka was spicy, soft and delicious. Very well done as per Bengaluru standards.

🧀🧀
Cheese Toast, the simplest but done very nicely. The garnishing of herbs and use of cheese was good. The bread and conglomerate was soft and good to have a quick bite.

🐐🐐
Mutton Sheekh kabab was juicy, succulent and great to have.

🍗🍗
Chicken pepper fry was as it should be. Crunchy outside, juicy inside and moderately spicey boneless chicken pieces.

🐔🐔
Chicken ghee roast tasted good but not the authentic in flavour and taste as it should.

🍟🍟
French Fries was done good. Long potatoes fried well. But missed sauce serving along. A mayo and tomato dip served along would be good. Humble suggestion to have the addition done.

🥔🥔
Aloo Pakoda was dine good and nice. The perfect desi way as we get on road side stalls, but in hygienic way ( lol).

🍴🍴
In main course, garlic naan, butter chicken and dal Makhani were decent and ok.

🍮🍮
Chocolate brownie and ice cream was good. And made a good dessert to end our meal.

Thanks to management for the invite. And wish them well.

Fuel Resto Bar is a lively place to party hard. It's located inside The Pride Hotel and offers a lot of options in cocktails and mocktails. The lighting is dim and the place isn't big but they have a decent space for seating.

I tried their signature cocktails and mocktails along with finger food. I loved the innovation in the drinks.

ORDER, TASTE, AND QUALITY:
I started with their cocktails and then moved on to other items from the menu.

COCKTAILS:
All the drinks were served in bottles instead of glasses. The bottles were of different types and colour. Each drink had a tag on its bottle, in which the name of the drink and its composition was mentioned. It was a different and unique concept.

Jhatka - It was prepared with Vodka, Pineapple juice, Green Chillis, and Blue Curacao. An amazing and innovative drink as the Pineapple juice was neutralizing the hotness from the Green Chillis unless we eat the chilli pieces. The taste was balanced and good.

Anardana - Made with White Rum, Grenadine syrup, lime juice, pomegranates, and mint leaf. It was slightly on a stronger side and the taste was quite good.

Kalingad - It was prepared watermelon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, vodka, and triple sec. The taste had the fruity punch and it had the freshness of watermelon.

Kadwa - It was a whiskey and white wine based cocktail with Angostura bitter. The taste was slightly bitter as the name suggests. It was a good option for the whiskey and wine lovers.

Santra - This is my favourite and perhaps, the best of the cocktails. An absolutely must-try cocktail at Fuel Resto Bar. The tangy taste of Orange juice was superb and because the cocktail is not so strong, it felt great on the tongue.

Red Wine Sangria Mix - It was a specially made cocktail by the bar manager on request. It was absolutely worth trying as it was mild and fruity with the aromatic Red wine base, it just felt heavenly.

Imli Ka Boota - It was a mix of tequila, tamarind syrup, Orange juice, and chat masala. It was OK but certainly, I expected more from it as the taste of tamarind or chat masala was not much.

MOCKTAILS:

Pinny Orange - It was a tasty and refreshing drink. Prepared with Pineapple juice, Orange juice, and and honey, this is definitely a good to have drink.

Ombre - Another specially made drink by the bar tender. It was made with fresh grape juice, lemon juice, and 7 UP. It was high on flavour and good in taste. A recommended one.

Choco-Choco - Prepared with chocolate Ice cream and coconut milk, it was not so good in taste. The chocolate flavour was quite less and probably, if they would have used dark chocolate, it might have had better results.

FOOD:

Corn Masala - It was average in taste and not like crispy corn.

Paneer Tikka - Delicious! Paneer was soft, succulent, and juicy. It was marinated well with the spices and tasted too good.

Chicken Malai Tikka - It was yummy!

Cheese Toast - Absolutely a must-have at Fuel Resto Bar. It was very good in taste.

French Fries - As usual but good.

Rawa Fish Fry - The outside crust was crispy but succulent inside. The fish quality was very good. Taste was superb!

Chicken Pepper Fry - It was delicious and good for people who like to eat chicken that way. It was moderately spiced and balanced in flavours.

Aloo Pakoda - Just like a homemade aloo pakoda. It was a good option for vegetarians, though, I felt it didn't go well with the other food items that we had.

Chicken Ghee Roast - The aroma of ghee was in abundance and it felt great when served. However, it wasn't much to my liking.

Dal Makhni - Rich and flavourful dal makhni. May not be the best but good.

Butter Chicken - It was delectable and authentic. The gravy was too good in taste while the chicken was fresh and well cooked. It was good to have with Garlic Naan.

Garlic Naan - It was very good. In some places, you get it right, this is definitely one among them where they don't make it elastic and rubbery stuff. In other words, it was quite palatable.

Chocolate Brownie and Ice Cream - In desserts, I had this and liked it. It was really delicious.

SERVICE AND AMBIENCE:
Service is excellent. The staff including the managers were all very polite and courteous. Kudos to them for their great service and customer-centic hospitality.

Ambience was nice with dim lights and beautiful interiors. They have utilised the space well. The furniture was of high-end quality and seating was comfortable.
