This is usually my spot (adda). I love the taste they have maintained in each and every outlets. Its great because they have smoking area and they are great in service too. Kindly ask for Nayan (Staff) for service.
Food - Food is good enough. We ordered the wallet-friendly combo which had a veg wrap, cold coffee, noodles, and filter coffee. The coffee was better and wrap too. But noodle is not worth though.
Management - Overall service is good, It depends on the crowd.
Environment - Ambiance is like a normal cafe with some mild music.
Well been to many ccd's across Bangalore, and this one is added to that. The coffee is made well. Ordered the devil's own but they forgot to add the few coffee beans like they showed in the menu card.
The food was good but the staff doesn’t know to make tropical iceberg.. after 3 times of alteration also it wasn’t upto mark but I appreciate the fact that they agreed to alter and try giving me what I actually wanted

One of the better coffee days in town with a decent ambience and mostly good staff. I go here to work sometimes over a cup of coffee it's always pleasant.
I like that they have a communal table, so it's nice to see strangers sitting on the same table striking up a conversation, though I don't sit there myself.

The place has undergone a total revamp and yes it is definitely change for the good. The new ambience is dimly lit with the perfect setting of furniture. The ambience makes you spend some more time in the place. Located in the prime location of Kalyannagar opposite to Jalvayuvihar, this outlet is a perfect place to hangout with friends. Like any other Coffee Day outlet it has both smoking and non-smoking zone. On a rainy the outside seating is brilliant place to sit and sip your coffee and relax. The menu has also seen a change with inclusion of nachos among others, which also happens to be something i like. The rest of the coffee menu remains the same, and also includes some seasonal delights. Service is friendly. Parking might be an issue as it's a busy street.

A nice steaming cupa makes the day better. Got some work done as well. The WiFi was acting up. The service was great. The outside seating is good once the sun is down.
This place has a really nice ambience as compared to other CCD outlets and best time to visit this place is evening time. I really like their spinach and corn cheese sandwich and garlic bread.

Good place to sit, relax with cup of coffee. I prefer to occupy window seat and enjoy the coffee. Crowd is less here as it is located near famous Azure cafe. Good coffee. Service is good. Good place to catch up with ur friends, official meetings. Well maintained place.

Good place to spend with loved one. But very small space. Service is too bad. No one care when you get entered. You have to ask to clean tables and chairs. Staff members don't bother about customers. You will also get difficulties to find parking space.
