Very nice place for pocket friendly snacks and sweets. I like the moti chur laddo and ghew ghewar. On weekends puri alluis very famous. Must visit place for people living neat Sony signal
Go to place for a quick snack. They sell kachoris, jalebi and samosa throughout the day. And if you have a sweet tooth, you can dig into their rasmalai or gulab jamun. They serve poha in the morning. It comes with some sev and cut lemon, and its easy on the pocket (Rs.20 approx)!
One of the oldest sweet shops in Kormanagala for quick bites.
Especially, if you are looking for a North Indian breakfast like fresh and smoking Poori Aalo, kachodi, Samose etc. This is the place.
JALEBI is his expertise.
USP: Makes everything fresh and hot in front of you. JALEBI ,PURI..etc
Very reasonable and gives you a feel of Deja Vu of your childhood memories.
Loved their paneer jelebi. Absolute beauty. Not overly sweet. Soft inside and a bit crunchy outside. 100gm costs 45 rupees. I don't have much idea on other items there. Small sweet shop. No tables or chairs to sit n eat. Prices are just 10% cheaper than premium sweets shop.
I love there kachori very much.I can't express the taste of their sweets just by words, so guys just go and try there.Atleast, once in a week I'm visiting this shop
Uday Sweets is a small Sweet and savouries shop in koramangala 5th block just opposite to Madurai Idly and Bhojohori Manna. The shop is owned by a Rajasthani family and hence the variety of Sweets and savouries served here are mostly of rajasthani or marwari cuisine. Though its a sweet shop, I go here mostly for their Samosa, Onion Kachori and chats. Among the sweets, I love the Jalebi, specially during the evening when they fry it freshly and serve hot. My husband like the cashew based sweets and the badam halwa. They do serve lunch and dinner as well, but never tried that. Once tried their poori sabji. It was good, but poori was a bit too oily.
Its a small shop opposite Madurai Idly. Tried the Poha here and it was tasty. They have all the Rajasthani sweets and kachoris as well here. Will try it out next time I visit.
It's a nice place of you're running low on budget. Poha, puri-sabzi, kachori are good here. I love their jalebi, it has authentic taste and I never had such jalebis anywhere else in Bangalore.
Pratheek Ponnappa (Grubitizer.com)
+3.5
A small outlet selling the famous North Indian namkeens and munchable items like Samosa, kachori, gulab jamun, jalebi etc etc. It is located little ahead of Koramangala club and sort of opposite the famous cafe- Bundar.
I have been here many times, and most occasions just to have a real quick bite on the go.
I feel perishable items (sweets etc) to be less reliable in the hygienic department compared to packed ones (namkeens). But nonetheless, it serves the purpose as I always treat such places as Street food joints!
Prices are extremely reasonable! 12 bucks for a massive sized Samosa makes it a steal..
This place serves north Indian snacks (Kachori, Samosa, Dhokla, Vadapav, Khandavi) and sweets (Petha, Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Kalakand). Taste is near authentic. One can have hot snack also. They also serve poha in the morning. Some ready to eat snacks, achar, farsan, papad are also on sale
Another go-to place for your snack cravings.Dhoklas,Kachoris, Samosas, types of Jalebis--- the list goes on.
Their Chenna Poda is worth a mention.
Good kachoris and Samosas.
Never tried the poha though but must be delicious.
It was good 👍 i like it here jalebi , puri , poha ... 👌
The taste is lip smacking. If you happen to be at Koramangala, It's a must visit. The taste of Samosa, poha, kachori is the best.
Best time to visit this shop for getting it fresh and hot is between morning 09 am - evening 5pm.. beyond that time, everything is very cold and old stock.
They also have two branches in Koramangala.
Prices are also but affordable.
Great place for Rajasthani snacks, authentic flavours.
one of the best place to have tasty Kachoris in Bangalore not overhyped rates or items and been seeing the shop from the time it has opened. The taste is still the same and good quality with hygiene.
Best Poori Sabji ever. You have to eat at the store only to enjoy the taste. For the Sabji you either get aloo curry or chole, which are both awesome.
Jilebi, Samosa and Sweet Kachori are also tasty.
Rate is cheaper than Anand and Kanti. But taste is not that great. Decent for a bit cheaper sweet. Though their Bengali sweets were good. And also have Poha and Dhokla
Loved this place. I have sweet tooths. I love sweet specially rajshthani and Gujarat sweet. Here they have all the variety of sweets from both the state.
They also have all variety of snacks. Love the quality of sweets.
Mini ghevar Is the one of the best sweet they serve. Most of the staff are from gujarat so Gujarati people like me can connect more and have homly food here
