Have tried them many times and have never been dissapointed..Be it quality of sweets, staff or service everything is too good. Keep up your sweet work!
They have this unique baked rasogulla. The flavour was amazing and the sweet was fresh.A must try for people looking for something out of the box sweet dish.
Bancharam is a known brand in Kolkata. Noticed it in Bangalore, Marathahalli area few days back. Wanted to try some sweets from here since then.
Finally brought some sweets from here for my team event in office.
Took Malai sondesh. Its too good. Just too good.
Rating :5/5
They are one of the best bengali sweet-maker in town!Though I didnt like their rasogolla but instead one can try baked-rosogolla and Misti-Doi!Radha Ballavi is something that can be tried if you love snacks.
This place is always famous for delicious sweet. Price is too high to maintain the quality. Taste is same like other outlets. Overall, it's a good experience if you would like to try all type of famous sweets from Kolkata.
When it comes to sweets I prefer our traditional Indian sweets over cakes and pastries. I was never a fan of Banchharam’s till recent time when a friend gave me their mishti doi and ever since I like them. Yesterday I visited Banchharam’s Marathahalli outlet for the third time and tasted few sweets like Kacha golla, and mini peda while giving order for takeaway. Nolen gurer rosgulla and matka mishti doi were really good.
I always like the beige colored, stamped peda and the one tried at Banchharam was bit too dry but still tasty. While waiting for the sweets I happened to see the beautiful jholbhara Sandesh and next time I will try this sweet for sure. I didn’t want to try too many stuffs and get a sugar rush. Kacha golla was very soft and delicate. Even though the shop guys didn’t explain much about sweets (also tags were not there) they did a good job by suggesting this sweet to me. I just loved it. Their pricing is on the higher side but considering the fact that they uses fresh dairy products the ‘highly priced’ feeling can be ignored ;)
The ultimate one stop destination for all Bengali sweet lovers where I have been frequently visiting since past 5 years. I love this small place of happiness.
Starting from Mishti doi to Rajbhod to kachagolla, they have it all. There are chana sondesh as well as sorbhaja. They keepsome nimkee (namkeen) at store too. To keep up with increasing local demand they have come up with Kaju barfi type sondesh too. there is a small place to stand and eat, much like the local way.
the place is keep and prices are moderate.
its a small joint near marathalli.U find lots of variety of sweets which reminds you about Kolkata .I ordered kheer kadam, malai roll, chitracut, gulab jamun and they taste really good must try there malai roll. And i also ordered radha balabhi its a type of kolkata dish ,it feels very heavy on stomach but taste was really good.sorry i didn't take any pictures of sweets was busy eating 😂😋 .
For Bengali sweets, this is the place to go to. A bengali would find this place exorbitantly expensive. However, for someone living far away from Bengal, this is as close it gets to the authentic. Special mention to Radha-bollovi and aloor dom that is available for breakfast on weekends-- as someone who regularly visits, it's super delicious and consistently good in quality. The Radha-bollovi is a must-try!
The perfect taste of bengal... epic sweets with the essence of kolkata... mishti doi... langcha... baked rasogolla... rashomalai... nimki...
Banchharam is an integral part of our winters in Bangalore, because thats when they have their yummy palm jaggery (Gud) sweets. The Gud Rasogulla is a must try here. The variety of Sandesh is also amazing. Sometimes Sandesh is a little sour and not fresh. Their samosas are best for kids as they aren't spicy.
It is at a very busy junction on the old airport road. So go by a two wheeler as you may not be able to park a car.
Food taste is vey good, but over price. It’s not value for money. You can try if budget isn’t concern.
This is purely a Bengali sweet shop, Location wise it's in a good place, there is no good sweet shop nearby. Price-wise bit expensive. They have varieties of Sandesh sweets. I like their Ras Kadam & Baked Rosgula.
Bengali sweets are their specialty and I visited the store only because of baked rasogolla which is a must try for sure
Sondesh are also really good but price was on a higher side
Best Rasgulla and Bengali sweets you can find. They have authentic taste. Go for it.
Very costly...quality is average if you are used to sweets in East India. Nothing special except the high price.
Do not miss their nollangoud roshogulla... Its simply amazing... They have a wide variety of Bengali sweets and it's really sublime... Some of the sweets are available only during special times and specific periods... Its easy to find that out... And it should definitely be sampled...
Can't stop with one. I've been cherishing Bengali sweets for 20 years and yet I didn't hear half of the names of these sweets.
Good sweet shop in Bengaluru for bengalees near Doddanekundi, all the staffs are bengalee and the quality is also very good.
Though a little costly but the variety of Bengali sweets they have is really wide and difficult to get in Bengaluru. Sweets are made of pure milk and products and taste great. Shop is hygienically maintained.
