The best healthy salad u get in town . Just hope that they expand to other side of Bangalore. As of now it's in Indiranagar , Sarjapur and one other place ,not able to recall now . They offer salads at reasonable prices and most of the fruits and vegetables are produced in house .And for the people who are longing for a taste of freshness in this concrete jungle , Namdharis seems to be a perfect pitstop.
Amazing place for healthy salads , rolls. Pasta, etc. Tried vegetable roll and fruit cream salad.It was just too healthy and delicious.....loved it.

Over the last year, I have been doing #30daychallenge of cooking a different vegetable every day of that particular challenge month and posting it on Instagram. This started as a way to motivate myself to eat more at home, try something new (vegetable) and get better nutrition eating a variety of greens and vegetables. I have completed 4 challenges so far and on my 5th one now which totals to 150 vegetables as of today, discovering through the course of these 5 months some Indian vegetables I had never known existed and exotic vegetables I never knew were available in India.
Namdhari’s was one place I under rated despite my vegetarian friends telling me about the veggies available there. In my quest to find and cook vegetables not featured earlier, I started frequenting Namdhari’s during my 4th and 5th 30daychallenges. They have the most affordable exotic vegetables. The act of going through the veggies one by one for the most beautiful fresh looking vegetables to photograph was getting me hungry and I started dropping in more often at this eatery.
It has the look of a small food counter with few tables that you would find in a low budget food retailer. Luckily, the décor here seems to have been refreshed (If I remember the older dingy version). It has a neat counter for the food display and few tables with chirpy bright wall posters. So I have been stretching my legs (not crowded on weekdays) for a while having the homey vegetable thukpa, soups etc. These are all light and easy, so it does not fill you up too much but takes the edge off the hunger to leave you enough time to go home and cook a later lunch. I love the soups (Palak and almond) and veg thukpa here and go for repeat orders rather than have the veggie sandwiches and salads which are famous here. I already eat too much raw and cooked veggies during the challenge months so it did not seem appealing. The food here feels healthy and green and I see the other customers have salads all the time….I have promised myself…I’ll try the salads here…soon….in December, as my 5th challenge ends today.

It feels like a farm fresh restaurant in true essence. Sitting space is quite small but the food preparation and the freshness of ingredients is not lesser then any high priced kitchen. The combination of salad and sandwiches are remarkably great. Thupka is a must try here, they add a plenty of veggies and soya sausages with very light texture of soup.
I have been going to this small hygienic and healthy salad bar from 2012. I love how everything is cooked at that point in front of you . The taste is amazing and love the mix of veggies and there sauces, they adjust the spice according to your wish.
I always order the grilled veggies with Fettuccini pasta and sausages and the Russian salad, I love the fact they have crisp apples on the Russian salad along with pineapples , even there momos are yummy.
Sometimes they can go overboard with their sauces so it's better to customize it to your need.
Must try if you wanna have refreshing salads.

The best place to start your first meal of the day..nothing can get fresher than this..the menu is small but a good mix of salads, pastas and sandwiches..you need to be early to this place in order to enjoy the freshness and the availability of the food items on the menu..they cater till the time they have their ingredients fresh..by noon they are all sold out..i would suggest to come to the place and enjoy the food as the parcel content is way lesser than they serve you at the table..But at the table your plate is filled with fresh vegetables and fruits..and all of these won't pinch your wallet..the prices are very reasonable and worth it..
I am in awe of the place and its food. A must visit for all the diet freaks around Indiranagar area.

The best part about the place is the organic veggies used in the dishes. The taste is entirely different and soothing.

Food : someday you wake up to reality and wants to pamper your body having some organic veg salad, then this is the place . A local subway ;)
Price : economic 200-250 will enough for 2 person
Ambiance: 2.5 / 5 . small area next to grocery section. People come here majorly focus on food.
Loved : fresh veg sandwich, their pasta is good, but I am not a fan of pasta .
After food you can also shop vegetables and herbs for kitchen :)
A vegans paradise! This place is full of surprises and the amount of options you get here is astounding. Don't confuse this place with your ordinary supermarket because you will see tons of products which you ordinarily won't find in most places in Bangalore. Lot's of variety on packaged goods like Chocolates, Cheese (In general dairy products), Pastas, Chips, Oils, Biscuits etc. The options for healthy snacks is really vast. Fresh fruits and vegetables are available as well. You can get multigrain sandwiches and pizzas and some desserts here at the entrance as well. You will get some exotic foods such as Kimchi, Kombucha etc. Vegan alternative frozen food for all kinds of meat products is available too. Do give this place a shot if you are looking for new foods to try. You will definitely find something you'd never imagine would be available in Bangalore.
It is a good experience to shop at Namdharis. Even though it is hard for a brick and mortar retailer to match the online prices of others, it is worth the pleasure of splurging on its thoughtful collection of produce and other victuals, every so often.
I really appreciate the helpfull and courteous approach of the staff. Right from the security at the door and the sales personnel till the cashier, it is a relaxed experience. The products are excellent. The curds and milk are the best.

Delivery takes longer and tables are not promptly cleaned as they are under staffed

As its said, its a vegans paradise as you will find almost every vegan needs. The place is maintained well.
Fresh veggies. They claim that they have their own farms and vegetables here have 70% less pesticides. They have a good salads/snacks counter also which you don't find at others namdhari outlets.
Loved the superstore . Has almost all the essentials right from organic stuff to the normal ones . The staff is extremely polite and helps out incase you fail to find something .
