Good place to spend your time, after a long shopping or a movie, just to relax your mind n body. Lemon tea and Ginger tea are the choice I suggest.

It's refreshing to see a Chai Point just about anywhere. So while at the mall a cup of hot tea from this tea shop is good. There is a little seating place and fingers crossed you find one. Standard chai and snacks -so all in all, it's ok.

It's hard to find good Tea in Malls it's always way to expensive plus tasteless but this @chai_point has sloved that issue Taste and Quality with quality all is good I had Normal Tea and Masala Tea both where good. I always prefer Tea rather than soft drink even in Summer 🌞😜 it's like Engry drink for me

Such a amazing snacks point. Loved everything about this place. Definitely tea as the name defines it. Then one of the best aloo pratha you will get here, it is mouth watering , believe me you won't miss your hometown/home. I definitely loved poha and upma over here. A must visited place.

Highly advisable for some quick snack & tea. Today we went to Meenakshi mall & had cold but after having their Ginger tea, we got a sign of relaxation. We took Medium tea & that itself was hugeeeeeeee..

Agreed that you can't compare the price of tea for roadside stall but hey its in mall. The price is expected to be like this. All in all, good food & reasonable price as per the mall.

Fell in love with these people when my friends had ordered a cutting chai. Ever since then I have been a fan of these people. The taste of chai is same as that of made at home. Feels farm fresh. I especially love their banana cake. The best one I have ever had. Same as the banana cake I had made at home. Totally love these people!! ❤️

The best chai I’ve had in recent times. Assam tea powder did its job 👍. If you are looking for delicious tea with awesome atmosphere Chai point got your back. I really loved the environment and the seating designs and the tea itself. I’d definitely visit again and have some tea.

Love their ginger tea. But all other teas and coffee that is offered is full of flavour and simply superb. They also have some lip-smacking short eats and snacks to go with the chai. Additionally they also sell tea leaves. The service has improved from the earlier months, and now, they serve well.

Booked a takeaway from Zomato and sat at the seating area and enjoyed the food. This ensures both better discounts and the comforts of a cafe. Cozy place. Food was okay. Kokum iced tea tastes better than cranberry iced tea. The seating would have had great views of the malls and passers-by but the escalator blocks the view.

This is inside the mall ground floor. Service should have been improved. May be additional staffs required to handle take away. There is a sitting area but people from other foods stall come and sit. That should have been managed.

Excellent place to have cool conversation with hot chai... There's an excellent seating arrangement to spend some quality time... It's an open area though..! The food stuffs are little over priced.. but, quality is good...
