SBI Kasavanhalli Branch has the most amazing staff. I had my best ever experience at any SBI Branch ever in 36 years of my life. Special mention for Ms. Jaya and Ms. Vishnu for being highly attentive and helpful. I am now an NRI and had very limited time to get quite a lot of things done. Ms. Jaya was amazingly helpful and understood my situation and helped me get 1000 things done with minimum effort from my side. This time was the first time when I left any SBI with utmost satisfaction. Thank you so much :)

We always had a pleasant experience at SBI Kasavanahalli. Even though it is comparatively a small branch, it is spacious.Seating provided is good and comfortable.There is hardly any waiting time and the staff is very cordial and helpful. We are banking with them since last nine years and not once did we have a bad experience. Even the locker operation is quick and smooth.They are approachable on call also to answer your queries. Overall we are very happy with the service provided at SBI Kasavanahalli branch.

Amazing service by the staffs, though it's not my home branch. Wrong location is updated in Google map, search 'Tech garage' or 'OCEANUS MONARDA'

Google map is showing a different location as of 2023-04-25. It is better to search for Oceanus Monarda as this building is next to it. As far as bank branch is concerned it is fine. You need to take a token as soon as you enter. It can be crowded at times. So take a token and plan accordingly.

Excellent experience. I went for my mother's life certificate. The support and compassion I received is absolutely above and beyond. Thanks to Branch Manager Mr. Chandan Verma who is very supportive and competent. His approach and behaviour truly sets an example👍👍👍

The location of bank on maps is misleading. Actual location is opposite to sattva signet, near SBI ATM. I have gotten list couple of times hence thought of helping you guys out. I won't be of much help with bank review. I had taken a loan with a finance partner helping me for documentation, so the process was pretty smooth and hassle free. The manager was also helping

I visited SBI Kasavanahalli the other day and was extremely pleased with the service offered. I have been to multiple branches of the bank many times and this branch a couple of times in the past. I am sorry to say that my previous dealings with SBI were not all that pleasing. I was made to visit the banks multiple times to get the same issue solved and I had found that the employees were never friendly. (In fact even after all the visits I had not been able to access the internet banking facility of my account.) But this was not the case this time around. Ms.Divya, the employee who helped me was friendly and approachable. She replied patiently to all my queries and skillfully and knowledgeably solved them for me. She patiently guided me through their YONO app usage procedures. Whereas earlier the bank branches used to make me visit the bank multiple times to solve the same issue, this time I got multiple issues solved in a single visit. It was an overall satisfying experience.
