The food is good but very spicy. At the moment when you eat it, it will be great to taste. For me I did have some stomach issues later but can't confirm whether it was an after effect of the food. Drinks are great the cocktails especially. Definitely a thims up to the ambience and courteous staff and service provided. Must give it a try. Its an expensive place but definitely worth a try.

I went to this place situated in 80ft road assuming it to be sriracha, later found out its combination of sanchez, a mexican restaurant and sriracha, asian cuisine restaurant. We tried wasabi prawn - it was very very tasty! Ordered chilli garlic basmati rice + spicy cashew chicken and Veg soup from asian section. Taste was very average. Compared to the taste price was quite high actually. From mexican we ordered veg taco with soft shells and fresh line soda. PATHETIC. The price they charged for two over cooked fillers and blunt taco you would have got 4 tacos + desert from taco bell. TOTAL MONEY WASTE IF YOU’re ordering from Sanchez. Ambience was ok. They should consider the price if they wanna stick to basic food taste. Only the best was the wasabi prawn.

This is my go to Asian restaurant in Bengaluru! Been here at least 7 times and I appreciate that the restaurant has maintained its quality of food and service. The dumplings and the grilled fish are a must try!

Siracha an experience to cherish : What better day to start my weekend over some lip smacking dishes from different parts of Asia . Sriracha is a fine dine restaurant located at Indiranagar.. Very easy to spot and located on the 1st floor. Great ambience with both indoor and outdoor seating.. Drinks I tried : Purple compass a tequila based cocktail with fresh kiwi and much more.. Loved it.. Blushing dragon : A Gin based cocktail with freshness of coriander and chilli. The highlight of the place is khmer barbeque table. Its a different kind of live barbeque where the round metal grill is placed on charcoal then filled with soup and veggies are placed in the soup one by one .. And then meat of your choice is grilled on the center of round metal with added sauce for that extra flavor. There are also noodles added to this.. Later its served well in a bowl. (For this the chefs are specially trained from combodia itself) Please note this is available on prior booking only.. Other starters I tried was Pandan leaf wrapped cottage cheese. The cottage cheese was excellent and packed with great flavors. Fresh turmeric and red chilly king prawns : well presented and tasted great .. Tamarind and lemon grass chicken was also good. Pork belly was excellent . One of the best I had in recent times. Also tried 2 types of dimsums Roasted pumpkin and water chestnut dumplings for veg... And charcoal sea food dumplings in non veg. Both were good.. Perfectly made fresh spring roll.. These spring roll are made using rice paper and stuffed with veggies, sprouts and glass noodles. For main course had the Amok trey Its a traditional cambodian fish dish. A coconut milk based fish steamed in banana leaf cup and served along with jasmine rice.. Now to my most favorite section the desserts Banana cake with coconut ice cream. They name says it all. The overall dessert was just amazing Sumatra dark mousse chocolate, Was good as well. Quite friendly staff and good service.

We went to have lunch during the weekend in Sriracha Robata & Contemporary Pan Asian Dining. As of now, they have merged the sitting for Sanchez and Sriracha restaurants in Sanchez in the ground floor (an after-effect of COVID-19). This was a boon to us as we had dishes from both the restaurants. Hygiene and safety measures were properly maintained in the restaurant. Patron details and temperature checks were done before admission into the restaurant. Staffs were wearing masks, face-shields and gloves at all times. The food was absolutely delicious and the quantity is adequate. From Sriracha restaurant we had ordered ‘Sriracha's Signature Som Tam with House Recipe’. The Som Tam was prepared with very fresh ingredients with a balanced tangy taste. From Sanchez, we had ordered ‘Baked potato skin with zucchini corn and jalapeno’. This was a very unique dish that tasted pretty good. In cocktails, we had ordered ‘Galaxy sling’ and ‘Munchkin bliss’. Both were house specials. The drinks were well complimented by ‘Sanchez fiesta nachos’. The nachos were crisp and well made. About the restaurant atmosphere- it's contemporary and cosy. IPL match was being screened, but it created no commotion, as most odd the patrons were busy with the food (I guess this says much about the quality of the food ;) ). Overall, I would highly suggest this restaurant.

It is a very nice pan-asian food place. Nice ambience. Polite and helpful staff who also guide and offer suggestions with food to order. As a vegetarian, enjoyed the raw papaya salad which was prepared on live counter in front of us, assorted vegetarian dim sum basket, cilantro soup, tom yum soup, thai Red curry with jasmine rice, sesame honey mini cones. Tasty food. Mini cones were just awesome.

The best dimsums in town. I have been to the outlet in UB city and decided to visit the new Sriracha outlet in Indiranagar. In my two visits I have tried the below items: Fresh turmeric and red chili king prawns robata - it was really tasty and definitely a must try. 👌👌👌👌👌 So was the Dark soy and scallion lamb robata, lamb pieces were really soft and juicy 😋 👌👌👌👌👌 Fish amok trey, a coconut based gravy served with jasmine rice. They had the option for basa as well as red snapper, we went for red snapper and it was awesome 👌👌👌👌👌 Charcoal seafood dumplings - these black colour dumplings are served with fresh orange caviar on top creating an amazing war of colours. Taste was out of the world. I repeated this even on my second visit to Sriracha 👌👌👌👌👌 BBQ Pork belly Taiwanese hamburger - this is more like a bao 👌👌👌👌 Service is good. Ambiance is nice and I really like the wall paintings. Definitely a place worth multiple visits.

My first time here & I was blown away with the kind of food they serve. Had heard a lot about Sriracha but never has a chance to try them out. We started the meal with some fresh som tam salad made at our table by the chef.. 😬!! Such freshness n a riot of flavours, well balanced, was sweet sour n there was a good punch of chilli as we asked him to make us a spicy bowl 😀😀!! It was simply the best ever salad I have had in a long time!! cottage cheese, pandan leaf wrapped cottage cheese. It was the most flavourful n melt in the mouth paneer ever!! This is a must try!! Fresh turmeric n red chilli prawn is another must try for the seafood lovers, the little plum & pineapple salsa served on the side is delightful!! Tamarind n lemon grass chicken for the chicken lovers 😀! For the mains we had Amok Trey, a traditional Cambodian dish made with thick coconut milk & fish served in a banana leaf cup, with some jasmine rice on the side. Again highly recommended for anyone who loves a good coconutty curry 😋😋!! They have a lovely concept called Khmer BBQ & It’s one of a kind of experience for sure 😀!! The apparatus has been brought from all the way from Cambodia I highly recommend this to everyone who loves a good one pot meal 😀.. made fresh at your table by the chef .. a colourful bowl 🍲 of veggies & meats of your choice with a mix of condiments that are on offer & served in a wonderful broth the veggies are cooked in😀😀!! N don’t forget the prawns 🍤/chicken cooking on the little bbq on top around the veggies 😋😋..!! For dessert we had banana cake with coconut icecream, it had little pieces of almond crisp, & some shredded tender coconut.. was a great way to end our meal & wasn’t very sweet. For a lovely relaxed meal with friends & family I would definitely go to this place again n give their other delicacies a try!!

Sriracha, Contemporary Pan Asian Restaurant which serves some delicious curated menu by Chefs from various Asian countries. Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia to Singapore, their menu is very well curated medley of traditional and modern style. All the dishes are made of In house and you can definitely get to know the authenticity by the taste! Located in Indiranagar, Decor of this place is kept very simple and casual. Comfortable seating which gives good dining experience. Chef Shiva Kumar and Chef Vikas Seth have curated some beautiful menu for our tasting. We started off with some delicious Som Tam Salad, a Sriracha signature dish which was prepared live, was a different experience all together. Raw Papaya and Raw Mango combined with ingredients such as Lemon juice, Groundnuts, Sesame seeds and much more. This dish was elevated by addition of Chefs special spices and sauces. This was indeed a signature dish! Fresh Spring Rolls, Rice paper filled with Lettuce, Red Chilies,Vegetables, Glass Noodles, Mushrooms and more. These were big morsels, indeed delicious. Pandan Leaf Wrapped Cottage Cheese is one of the must try dish here. Paneer was cooked beautifully, super soft with mild hint of flavours. Dimsums were absolute melt in mouth delicious, my personal favourite was Roasted Pumpkin and Water Chestnut Dumplings. Khmer BBQ Table, A traditional Cambodian way of BBQ where the Live metal grill dome is placed which is surrounded by soup. The Soup is filled with Vegetables of choice and noodles. Metal dome is where the grill is done. This was very interesting and new experience for me. The dish offered was absolutely delicious! Desserts which we tried were Banana Cake with Coconut Ice cream, beautifully presented with Salted Date Caramel, Almond Crisps and Tender Coconut. I loved the Coconut Ice cream. Sumatra Dark Chocolate Mousse, a must try for Chocolate lovers! Served with Coconut cream which balances well with overpowering Chocolate flavour rendering a pleasant experience. Overall I had a very unique experience in terms of Live Khmer BBQ Table which was one of a kind. Great food with courteous staff and beautifully curated menu! A must try restaurant!
