Good hotel, decent pricing.. we stayed in the newly renovated rooms, the suite room, very large comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk officer-- Mr. Anil Pandey was excellent in resolving all our queries. Prince from the hotel staff also was extremely helpful! The beach is a short walk away.. pool is small but nice.. food at the restaurant is great... breakfast spread is pretty decent as well..Had a nice stay during NYE..
Room was decent. Place was open and spacious. AC and fans were quite loud but worked well. Wifi connection is spotty even for checking emails. Food was good, and the restaurant manager was amazing. Location was great. Right in the heart but easy access to roads taking you away from the busy city center.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We stayed with family for 4 days and we were really happy with the hotel, with respect to the rooms, the quick room service, the lip-smacking food (all meals, including their wide variety of buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner).
The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to commute and can be easily located following Google Maps.
The front desk had very friendly and co-operative staff who would take all instructions with a smile and get them done in a jiffy.
Overall, we would strongly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a comfortable stay at Calangute!!
I would like to say something in review not about hotel but about human psychology. When we go on trip there are certain adjustment which we are supposed to make and people write negative reviews after ending their trip making doubtful for others when they go through reviews before booking hotels . I also saw some negative reviews and I am not saying anything about their authenticity but don't write so much negative until and unless you find something which should be written . Hospitality industry works on feedback system . I found this hotel worth of my money . I would like to suggest (it's just suggestion ) not complain , they should change their breakfast menu as some items are fixed for everyday.
Awesome location and service. The rooms are pretty good with all the necessary amenities. Food quality is good. The hotel attendants like Mr. Devi Prasad and Mr. Rameswar were very cordial and professional. It was a very peaceful and nice stay. Would love to come back here again.
Amazing Experience, I had an incredible stay at Calangute Towers - AM Hotel Kollection . The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a stunning pool. My kids and family liked the food very much. Will come next year also.

The only issue was intercom line was down when we visited so it became a problem to order food or get help

It's a luxury, the staff has a really nice response... The room is also very clean and the surrounding location is looking great, according to my suggestion to go ahead.... food and surrounding hotel everything is fine quality 🙂
