This is a "must go" restaurant when visiting Goa! Excellent service and tremendously nice food, served by Katarina and her lovely familly. Warm hearted and genuine always welcoming their guests. And, a "fun fact" as a Swede, Katarina comes from Sweden so yet another reason for us to support and visit them. This time we had pre-ordered Lobster Thermidore which was perfectly prepared. Topped up the lovely dinner with an awesome Crème brûlée. If you'd like to have the lobster - pre-book a couple of days to be sure to get it. I doubt you'll be leaving without happy thoughts!

We were there couple of times. Homemade buns for burgers (Beef 🙂) delicious homemade deserts and amazing owner - lady from Sweden. Flexible to make half portion meal for our little one. Don't miss it when in Candolim.

I have dined many times at the Mermaid and have never been disappointed. Katarina and her team make you feel most welcome. Service is excellent and the food is consistently amazing, the highest quality and really tasty. I have never ever had a bad meal in the 15 years I have been coming to Candolim. Miss this restaurant, and all it has to offer, at your peril!
