It’s an experience ! If you enjoy cheesecake, then try the Mason Jar - it’s enough for atleast two and it’s really special, nothing like it! It’s so good, we had to come back a few days later before leaving India! There is no point looking for “value”, it’s not cheap but truly enjoyable. We also purchased some chocolate bars at 350 per piece - again, they are very nice and easily comparable to other good brands!
This place is just wonderful, being in Chennai for these many years I feel bad for not trying these chocolates until yesterday. They are awesome and worth every penny spent. I will definitely visit ITC often only to buy these. You guys are amazing!!!
I never like chocolates but because of fabelle I have changed my mind
OMG mouth melting chocolate and beverages at ITC Grand Chola-the perfect place to be if you are a chocolate lover.
The best thing I had there was Ganache which is mouth melting and worth.
I will be definitely coming again and recommend others.

One of the best things are Chef and Staff are warm and extremely friendly,They are willing to do customised designs wholeheartedly with no extra charges.
Perfect sweet so you can enjoy the quality of the chocolate so good. This is the place you will feel the difference between a Chef and a Cook!

A very nice place. Has a nice collection of deserts. A definite must visit for a sweet tooth . The staff is very courteous . Also the rates are very nice. The ambience is amazing !!!!!!! A definite visit for a person who loves chocolates!!

Every now and then you come across something so exquisite that it excited you to your core. Having being fortunate enough to have eaten delectable chocolates from across the regions and ranging from the finest in the world to dimes a dozen, if anything makes a strong statement, then it is that I am a big chocolate fan.
At Fabelle, I found myself not in the shoes of a customer, but as a chocolate aficionado who can interact with the chef and talk about the taste, texture and simple ways to enjoy your chocolate. One may not realize, but the process of experience extends far beyond simply eating the chocolate. And to me this is very important. Not only you get to customize your chocolates, but you also get a chance to see it prepared in front of you. The chef and staff is very supportive and helps you indeed to have a wonderful experience, and that every bite of chocolate you take, surprises and tickles your senses.
I would give top stars to the chef, not only for the delicious chocolates but for the whole experience of it. Kudos.

Completely professional products , extremely delicious . Not actually into sweet things but the bright display made me to make a cheat meal ! Will recommend people to try the white chocolate jar !

Delightful place to visit if you're a chocoholic! Pleasing ambience, quick service and rich decadent pastries! Special shout out to the chef and Mr. Anish, there were very kind to allow a special little guest we had with us to try her hand at making the pastries too. Definitely recommend - especially if your a guest at ITC Grand Chola.
Perfect way to end the evening post a good dinner. The brand didn't disappointed and the Dark chocolate was perfect.

One of the best hot chocolate I had in a long time!!
It’s one of the best places for a chocolate lover and only them. They have got the best chocolates , truffles and few chocolate related desserts.
But I prefer more hot desserts but they dint have much option for people like me.
Though I wouldn’t call it a dessert bar but everything I had there tasted good

Firstly they are exquisite chocolates which is known for their top notch quality & presentation. This botique is located in ITC Grand Chola.
When I visited the place today for #FlavoursOfIndiaByFabelle event, I was stunned. The interiors were stunning and so as the branding. The lighting and the seating arrangements are too good to resist.
The set up which shows some of the finest chocolates in display & the box/packaging would make you fall in love with it instantly.
What is special about the event?
On account of Independence Day, the brand has manufactured limited edition chocolates (naming 6 of them covering the entire India) and will be on sale from Aug 14-18 in their Premium(Luxury) Hotels. All the proceeds would be sent to “Make A Wish” Foundation. That’s a real good initiative by ITC.

A comfortable cafe dedicated to chocolate enjoyment conveniently located at the ITC Grand Chola. They offer a variety of packaged chocolates. But if you have time and are a guest at the hotel I recommend taking the time to enjoy the chocolate experience. I asked one of the helpful staff and they pointed me to several tasty individual cakes or chocolates. Then I said "these all look incredible... But if you were going to have chocolate... What would you have?" He didn't select any of the items we had been viewing and without a moment's hesitation recommended the hot chocolate. I was thinking... Hmm... Watery cocoa... or... all these amazing chocolates and cakes? I am glad I listened to the recommendation... Two large cups of dark rich melted chocolate, thick, leaving a deep coating on the cup and your lips. It was just lightly sweet. Sipping it I was remembering all the articles I have read about the health benefits of dark chocolate and thinking how I should make drinking melted chocolate a daily ritual. Highly recommend.
Very much i loved this place😍 i loved the infrastructure which is full of gold in color, eye gazing view. chocolates and milk shakes was very sumptuous 💜

The best chocolates ever. They are fancy yummy and each pastry has a story and ingridients are just complimenting the story.
The baker was extremely humble. My 6yr old had 1 pastry almost everyday during our 8 days of the stay.
Wow wow!!! A place I wanted to visit for a long time. And here it came. Cannot be another place so perfect for chocolates and desserts. Loved the ambience, staff, location, everything was perfect. Ordered hot chocolate and a dessert. Both were awesome never tried so perfect ones. Hot chocolate was OK but the dessert was the best and a hazelnut chocolate bar was so yummy.
