Great place outdoor. Quick food if you’re going outside of Chennai. They’re great at South Indian and Chinese cuisine. North Indian is also good.
Their service is prompt. Mostly a crowded place with families. Can’t have alone time here. It’s a come eat go place. 👍🏼
Last time I had a good time in your Adyar Ananda Bhavan Pure vegetarian restaurant with my family. I have ever had an amazing North Indian recipes, South Indian recipes and milk & ghee sweets. The ambiance is quite good and this restaurant always filled with variety of tastes & cuisines, which is really awesome. We will definitely be back soon for having the North Indian foods.

Most of the days i have been visited here to eat sweets and snacks and sometimes to eat dinner.
North Indian Style Raj kachori and South Indian style Masala groundnut is my favorite snacks.
Allu tokri chat is my friend favorite chat item.
Most of the time i ordered North Indian food butter naan its taste was really good and amazing.

This restaurant located nearby my company. So i easily came here to eat snacks at evening time.
The place was so full... anyway we got a place at lunch hour..

Love their dosas...This branch of A2B is always crowded and the ideal time to visit the place is between 6 pm and 7.30 pm.I love their chola Puri and Ada aviyal. However, chapattis don't enthuse me as they are served with korma which has an acerbic taste of masalas..Coming to sweets,I love the badushas and jamuns(hubby's fav). It's always delightful to see the long array of sweets here...
Mostly we will go to this place for evening chat and sweets. They have outdoor seating and the place is completely covered by buildings so may be it's Lil suffocating...outdoor can easily accommodate at least 25 people.....they have breakfast and dinner it's pretty decent.
This place is good for a quick grab and drive in restaurant...
Often will go for a breakfast and evening chat like pani poori, bhel puri kachori samosas.. also they have a traditional food items like pidi kolukattai, sundal and medhu vada, live kitchen at the back..

A very decent place to visit.... there is no
ambience bcz they have an open place were u can sit else have food in your car... the food is nice, decent, tadty, and worth full.... its an average place to visit, specially when u wanna dine out and have less money.... only thing which disappoint is that they do not serve or to be correct they do not have lot of things after 9 pm.... so on this point u might need to compromise..... but food is just nice not very awesome but i can say max 300 to 500 for 2 ppl that to if u eat a lot...
When it comes to eating chat in chennai,i would suggest their is no other place better than ananda bhawan.Whether you have dahi puri,sev puri,dahi vada all of them tatstes so fresh n so good.The best part is the quality of curd they use.
The name "A2B" d only thing come to ma mind s TOKRI chat!!!were I go to a2b only for it ND there standard of sweet ND snacks was so good!!simply u can go fr chats and sweets!!!
