Enjoyed all cusine including South, English type breakfast and some drinks Dinner - Loved the varities in non-veg items worth for money, try dinner buffet when you planning for a special dinner with family

Went there for my wife's birthday lunch, booked in advance. They offered us a large table with a great outdoor view. The ambiance was casual, wasn't as stuffy as other high end establishments. Lots of guests but not crowded. Food: Since it was a Friday, the buffet was there. The dishes were limited but to our delight they were very tasty. We had a chance to taste everything, but special shout-out to the mutton korma and murg malai kabab, everything was perfectly cooked and pleasantly spiced perfect even for low spice tolerant people. They offered a small complimentary cake since it was my wife's birthday. The service was excellent, clearing away plates unseen, always around to help when needed. Had a wonderful time walking around the property, taking pictures and my 2yr old son had fun chasing the ducks roaming near the entrance. 🤣

Service and Hospitality at its best Due to pandemic we don't go out a lot. But if we are going out then we try to plan for 5 to 6hrs. And one of the most scenic view and awesome food is served in Seagull restaurant. In my earlier review I had mention that we wanted to have a get together but it didn't happen. Nagavelu was the 1st person to call and wanted to host us for lunch as the get together didn't happen. I was happy that someone from Fishco called and acknowledged. But hosting lunch was something I never imagined for some reasons. 1. Seagull is a buffet place and ala carte is not allowed. 2. Sea food and non veg is the speciality of this place but except me everyone was vegetarian. It took me by surprise. In fact 1hr before the lunch booking he sent menu card so basis our preference these dishes will be available apart from buffet. This was even beyond my expectations. We reached the restaurant and Satya was assigned to our table exclusively. Satya was very polite and helped us ordering starters. Paneer tikka and cheese toast was brilliant and all of us enjoyed. We wanted to sit on table which is closer to swimming pool. No questions asked and we were shifted to the new table. When we were ready for main course, Satish got some veg starters from the buffet. We were feeling bad but Satish was very clear. He said you are not a customer but we are hosting so there is nothing to feel bad. He asked my daughter what she wants and got her tandoori roti and some aloo Gobi. He served a soup and asked to try their salads. Both tasted exceptionally good. That's when I informed Satish that I am a non vegetarian and what should I order. He got chicken biryani, chicken fry and Nawabi ghosh. The meat was tender and soft. The Nawabi ghosh was the best dish of the day. This continued for dessert and we literally had to plead Satya for not feeding us more. I think after lockdown one of the best food and service I experienced. Why should a brand like Taj show such gesture to me an ordinary customer. That's the beauty of Taj. Loved it and made a promise to come and stay during weekend. People like Nagavelu and Satish are hard to find now a days. People work but without any passion. Thank you Taj Nagavelu and Satish for such a kind treatment. Would be nice if someone senior in your hotel reads this review and give token of appreciation.

Amazing food. The staff is super friendly. Loved having breakfast there. Mr. Atish and Mr. Sahoo are great hosts, they make everyone feel welcomed and give personal attention. The Mysore dosa and Ghee Roast Dosa for breakfast was the best. The highlight was they had doggy bowls in their balcony for the furry friends. I wish I could get my pet their. Highly recommend!

Taj resort and their diners both are exceptional good. We tried both veg and non veg dishes and not a single complaint. In snaks veg platter and non veg Platter. Both having good quantity and delicious taste. Main course dal and butter chicken and both are mouthwatering. Hospitality is more then exceptional. 10/10
