Sriraag hotel has always been my favourite restaurant in the area. You have to try their chilli chicken. It's out of the world. Great service. Great ambience. Can't wait to get back there soon. Cheers to the whole management.

My neighbour recommended this place and ordered Shawarma for me from sriragh. The didn't disappoint me. Typical shawarma with good quality with the nominal price. Mayo s great. You can popin for a quick bite. Yet to taste other dishes here.
When I was 8 , my dad used to buy fried rice , crab masala, ginger chicken items from this hotel ....From dat date Till now, there is no changes in that taste.. now I'm 30 , still the tAste remains same...wowww yummyyy

One of the best taste in Vadapalani area. Nice food Biriyani is delicious and naan is super taste and shawarma is too good. Sriraag I ll give 5 star.
Grill Chicken and Special Parota with Paya and some gravy taste is really good. Try and then you will order the same till the end. Price is reasonable, for treat and to eat some tasty food this is the best place.
The taste remains same for decades. Especially the fish Malabar style , Kerala chicken and porotta, mutton masala in Kerala style. The hotel serving the same taste since for decades I have been going there from childhoods days.

Had lunch today here. Ordered Kaadai Fry, Prawn Biriyani, Parotta and Lime soda. The ambience is ok.
Kaadai fry was awesome. The pieces were succulent and spicy.
Prawn Biriyani was good. The prawns in the biriyani was so soft and fresh. Though didn't exactly tasted like biriyani and tasted like a gravy rice, the taste was so good.
Parotta was good. The parotta was big and was less oily.
Service is great. Overall the food was so good and the price was average. Will visit again for sure.
Biryani is quite good here. Quantity is less for the price we paid.
Ambience is ok.service is great. 4 points is given only for the taste.

One of the best non veg hotel in Vadapalani. Sriraag hotel is famous for Kerala style dishes. Best in briyani ,prawn Chettinad and prawn fry.paaya and appam will be awesome.
This places serves good harmless food. Taste is good but don’t expect it to be extraordinary. It’s halal and all the foods are cooked to perfection. That’s something we’d all like. The service is nice and they don’t delay your food at all. I’ve been there more than 20 times and not even once my food got delayed. Their home delivery is also very good right from packaging to the delivery time. Must try place for non veg lovers.
We visited this hotel for our friends reunion(12 nos) on 18th December. We enjoyed the food and cost is very economical. recommended for others favorite dish 555, Idiyapam Paya, Prawn fry etc
One of the go to restaurants in this location. Food tastes above average and even the costs are reasonable.
Nearer to Vadapalani Depot and easily accessible place. Compared to other hotels in the vicinity this is better in both taste and price. In the AC menu, you will see an addition of â‚ą10+ cost for each item compared to normal done in.
Since metro work is happening tough to see any parking location. The restaurant is available till 10:30PM. Service was fast and good.
Lime Soda was Lemon juice last time we dined there. Ceylon parota was veechu parota not sure if this is the same.
Dishes were well made, except fish fry . Masala is not properly textured with fish . We rest of the items are worth to try .
Sriraag is always our first choice when we plan to eat Parota and chicken curry for dinner. We have ordered Parotas and gravies many times in last decade from here. Recently we dine in at Sriraag in Dec 2020 and ordered Mutton Paya Soup, Hot & Sour Chicken Soup, Fish fry, chilly Prawns, chicken lollipop, chicken biryani and meals.
Starters and soups were awesome but biryani was not good as we expected, it tasted like a jeera rice. Spices and aroma were missing in the biryani.
I loved Chilly prawns as it had more quantity and was very tasty. Meals was good and sufficient quantity for 1 person. Sriraag is mainly for parcel and take away. If you are planning for dine in it still an average hotel. Cleanliness and ambience was below average if you are planning for dine in here. Price is normal compared to other hotels in that locality.
Amazing place for having some non veg food...Their shawarma and grilled chicken is to die for. This place is adjacent to A2B and 2 minutes walk from forum vijya mall...It has Ac and non-ac options available...The price is reasonable and the quantity is huge. Their hummus with grilled chicken and barbecue chicken is too good. It's a must visit if you are a hard core non vegetarian.
Paya and idiyappam or appam combination are always good and tasty..
Country chicken dry and kadai fry has good chettinadu masala taste ..
Chicken 65 special briyani also good..
Food is not too much spicy but in correct masala flavoured and cooked well.
Server Mr.Alagan in AC, always treat customer with smiling and well manner..

Good taste.. Environment seems to be elegant.. But the restaurant is situated in a traffic place.. Parking seems to be bit difficult.. Rates are somewhat high but provided with more quantity.. both veg and non veg are available
