Every employee is very courteous. They really show their concern on the illness and make you comfortable. The Doctors are top class and well experienced. Very clear and explained well. Highly recommended. The cost is reasonable compared to other hospitals in the surroundings.

This is my first visit to this hospital, and the hospitality shown to me was amazing, no words to express. My special mention for the gratitude shown by Ms. Mumtaj (GRE). She approached us with great smile and utmost care. She is a great asset to this hospital and god bless her to reach great heights to serve more patients. Had a good experience with the hospital. All the staffs are polite and made us understand the process of admission to discharge. Very cooperating PRO Ms latha insurance desk (Mr Prabhu, Ms Renuga devi). And of course Dr Sankar Narayanan Surgical Gastro and his team.
Very good service offered by the doctors, staff and nurses. Special thanks to Dr Tamil Iniyan who was extremely helpful from the time of admission till the discharge. He followed up our process from time to time. Overall my mom in law’s surgery was successful and she is recovering well.

I had accompanied my mom to the hospital for some ortho related issue. We were attended by Ms. Shobana who was very warm and patient while assisting us throughout. She had ensured every step of the way at that the tests were done properly and she was ports were collected. Good service.
Good and excellent care by all doctors, nursing staff, management staff, and maintenance staff, with special mention to surgeons Dr Kumaragurubaran,Dr Sivaran, and Dr Mani, and Dr Iniyan (took care from admission till discharge).
Billing and insurance staffs were also so cooperative and took care to clear the insurance formalities.
The glitches were shifting patients through an open area and room conditions.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Jaya Lakshmi, Dr. Ilayaraja, and Dr. Jaya Raman for their exceptional medical expertise and care. Their patience in addressing all my concerns, explaining treatment options in detail, and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the process made a world of difference to me.

My overall experience with Billroth hospital was very good. Doctors Kumar's was very caring and gave the needed support. The nurse practitioners were very supportive. However the rooms and amenities needs more improvement.
