Location is very good. Right beside Batasia Loop gate no 1. Rooms are good. All rooms & beds are of same size. 2 sides are there. From 1 sides room balcony you can see the road & train too. From other sides room you can see mountains which i prefer. Service were good. They were trying their best. Foods were ok. Good behaviour. I stayed with my family there for 2 nights.Overall good experience. Thanks

Room no.8,9,10,11 alloted to us.
All rooms are very good.
staff is very good.
Only we face 1 problem that water hot and also cold not coming in Room no.8.They try to solve problem,but it was not still solved,we face problem in morning when required to take bath.
It was good experience. We ordered egg curry thali and it was served hot and fresh. View from the window is also nice.
I visited this hotel located opposite to Batasia Loop Darjeeling. I had lunch and it was very delicious. So, I visited the next day too for lunch while on my way out of Darjeeling.
Amazing Experience. Very well behaved staff. Reasonable rate. Highly Recommend. And owner's dog maya was an delightful treat for the eyes.
P.S. those who rated 1 star must revisit and give another shot to this place.
The people at Ghale's were really nice. We had to stop over after 2 days of continuous bike riding and we were made to feel at home here. Closeness to the Batasia Loop and an option to stay here made it all the more attractive, and the tasty food was an add-on. My bike had some issues and the staff was very helpful and were available to provide any information I needed. Thanks for making Darjeeling so dear to us!
Location of hotel is very good. Opposite hotel there is Batasia loop Gorkha memorial Hall. One of the most visiting place of Darjeeling.
Good food to taste.. i was eating vej fried rice here...aswm taste.. good restaurant ..and also bike parking facility which was perfect for me..
