Had a pretty sub-par experience the first time I was here. It had also been just a few weeks since they started operations, so teething troubles, perhaps. Ordered home delivery this time over. The vegetarian vol au vents were AMAZING. I'd suggest more butter in the puff pastry, it was a bit, biscuit like, not crumbly, as it ought to be. But the filling was the star. i also had the vegetarian Quesadilla, which was forgettable, I wish they would improve on introducing some flavour into this filling, but the tortilla was soft. Great work!

Downtown Cafe in Panampilly Nagar is a nice little cafe to hang out and enjoy with friends. The Western food experience on offer is quite delectable. Yes, it's Indianised but retains a lot of original flavours, hence quite good. Service is great with all staff being very courteous with a nice smile. The best part is, the staff knee the menu to make the right suggestions. Good value for money.
I recommend: Vegetable cheese bake, surf & turf and the white chocolate truffle.
I do not recommend: almond dates pastry. The almond and dates tastes were both missing and the base was crumbly.
A nice cozy place to have a snack ,coffee or dessert .The ambience is lovely and the standard of food is pretty good too .
The downtown special sausage platter is a must try !! It tastes just like the one they serve in dubai❤️ chose lasagna and zinger club. Both were absolutely delicious 🤤 The only disappointment was the dynamite fries 😕it didn’t taste anything like dynamite sauce but can’t wait to go back and try more 😍

Downtown cafe panampally nagar is a fine place to dine with our family and friends too. However there is little parking available in front of the shop do parking could be a problem. Food is awesome and well hygiene.The food is bit expensive but after they serve our food we will forgot everything. It is worth for the money. You can sit there and mingle and do our works there. The reason I like this place is it won't get too crowded here and therefore it's more comforting that a crowded place. They have a lot of variety in their menu and the food is quiet rich with sufficient quantity.if you have a time or staying near panampally not in Kochi must visit once with their family nor with Friends.

Calicut and Al Karama’s popular Downtown Café has now come to the streets of Panampilly in Kochi, Kerala. The store took the local food scene by a storm with a full-house at almost all times every day of the week. It took us a few days and a friend making his way there 45 minutes ahead of time to get a seat one evening.
Very regal eye catching decor, courteous staff and sumptuous food is what downtown cafe is all about. Some items may seem a bit on the pricier side tho. Love their hazelnut frappe, spicy chicken sausage pizza, lotus frappe (I think it was) and Mac n cheese bake :)
All I go to this place again and again is for their Lotus Cheese Cake (Rs 250). I am an addict.
These days I guess its too sugary. Would have been good if its taken care off. But still I love it.

It is an amazing place to hangout as a couple, with friends, family. Such a nice ambience and I must say the food is really really yum!! We had White sauce pasta, chicken fingers, chicken club sandwich, latte and hot Milo, everything was upto the mark and the quantity is also good, it's good not to waste than too eat peacefully and finish it off. Also, the staffs were so cooperative and helpful. Do visit this amazing place for an amazing experience.
Absolutely loved the experience.. we were planning a surprise birthday party for our friend and downtown people really came through.. they got the decorations up for us.. played birthday songs when the Birthday girl walked in.. helped us serve cake to all the customers..
The interior is gorgeous and very chic.
The staff is very polite, thoughtful and patient. The food was very good and especially the French fries are absolutely perfect ❤️

The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken steak was a killer dish while the chicken sizzler was satisfactory. Non veg fondue was impressive as well. We had ordered peach lemon iced tea and green apple mojito which was loved.
A good hangout place for couples and friends. The ambience of the restaurant is really cozy. The dark interiors really looks regal. The furniture's as well are comfortable to sit at lengths and hang out for a longer time. There is ample dedicated parking for the cafe itself. The place is off the main street and so is quiet and peaceful.
The food is good, but the veg options are too less. I tried their mushroom macroni and stir fried sausages with hot blended chocolate. The food was satisfactory. Their cold milo is a must try.
Good food. Fast delivery. Beautiful ambience. Rich variety of food. Chicken lasagne is a must try. Their burgers are also very tasty and fresh. I tried Burj Al Arab in beverages and was very happy and contented with it (very similar to Badaam Milkshake). It will help a bit if they describe dishes, had to ask the staff what are the beverages.

Cafe Downtown is one of the best cafe's in Kochi. The cafe is very unique for there are lot to do over there too. We can read books or magazine's. The food is also quite good the taste is just superb. I had tried their burger and it was fabulous. Unfortunately i wasn't able to het the Milo shake. They have a spinning wheel where we get offers from different brands from Incrive Events. Overall a good experience.
Good food, beautiful interiors, prompt and attentive staff describe DownTown Cafe the best. The beef steak was on point, medium rare as requested.
The Mint Tea, Non-Veg Fondue, Flakes and Cold Coffees, Mojito, Burj Al Arab shake were all well prepared. The Chicken Sizzler and the Beef Strognoff could have been better.
The suggestions by staff were really good 👍🏽.
