Good place to have masala dosa. it is available from afternoon onwards. Good meals also available. Dosa not available in the morning is a drawback.
Chandru's was introduced to me by my uncle 12 years back and since then I make sure atleast once in two weeks I come here and enjoy their amazing veg meals .
Everything served here is pure and genuine, all these 12 years everytime it has been the same .
Have been there for lunch and late evening tea. Lunch was typical banana leaf spread - simple, hot, homely and tasty.
When I visited in the evening, tried their masala dosa which was super - duper yummy. Forced to eat the oily stuff passed off as masala dosa in Bangalore, this was a welcome change. Owners look after the service with a ready smile and advice.
Superb food . .......no words !! I went there at 2pm to eat dosa but the customers and the guy there insisted me to try their veg meals and it was just awsm....absolutely delicious meal!!!!!
Meals severed on leaf... Woooow. Heart of the city and tasty food. Reach on time to get seat. Owners would welcome you with a smile and the single smile can make you filled. Asking for extra chutney or sambar won't make them angry

Very reliable in delivering quality food on a consistent basis for very low price. Masala dosa in d evenings are yummy. Tea time snacks Parippuvada n Pazhamporri d best. Friendly staff and a family outlet.

I am from Mumbai and came to Kochi as a tourist discover this place randomly and spot on! had a tummy full breakfast the signature puttu and kadala also upma with a local chai that added to the flavour.. nice breakfast place 🙂
Vegetarian food only. Tasty food! They will serve you as much as you want! Its a tight space, you must wait a bit or you should go alone!
Simple yet good restaurant close to Ernakulam Market. They have a short selection of typical South Indian food. I had a plain dosa and a Chai (for 40 Rs). It tasted great. The owner of the place was nice and caring.
My husband and I are their regular customer for lunch... very homely food . Lunch is served on banana leaf which is very simple and no adulteration . This place is Hygienic and reasonable Pure vegetarian... customer service is really good. my son love their butter milk served with the lunch so do we.

I like this hotel very much. This shop is really old one. Pure veg dishes are served. Price is reasonable. Customer service is really nice. You can pay by cash or QR. I also tried their meals which disappointed me which is not at all worth for money paid. Meals ₹70 & yogurt ₹10.

Chandru's has been in existence for over half a century, braving the onslaught of time and the enticement of newer restaurants. That is sufficient testimony for Chandru's, transcending all ratings.
