The best is momos! The thupka .. the spring roles.. just amazing food ! Supremely tasty and friendly staff! One of the classics in Gangtok ! Must visit !!!
Best place to have momos when you are in Gangtok. Located in M.G market. Tried Chicken fried momos and they were very awesome. The momos were hot and the taste was good. Would suggest everyone to visit this place .

Visited this place on my 1st day to Gangtok for dinner... We had Mixed Thukpa, Chilly Pork, Mixed Rice... Also wanted to try momos but on that day it was unavailable...
Anyways every dish was properly cooked and so yummy that I couldn't stop but enjoy every bite...
Also I tried pork 1st time so I really liked their chilly pork... Mixed thukpa was also new dish to me and I liked that so much...
I liked their food so much that on my staying at Gangtok, I had to visit this place twice... On the 2nd day I tried their beef momo along with my fav chilly pork, mixed rice and thukpa and to my surprise again I loved that momo too... Also that was my 1st time for trying beef😋
Momos was juicy and yummy... Still I am missing their momo and chilly pork...

Service was prompt. Staff was cooperative. Seats were available, didn't have to wait (Visited at around 8.30 PM on a Monday).
Standing tall at a place you can't miss, Taste of Tibet is everything you need when you are craving for that authentic Tibetan delight. My husband, being a meat fanatic, was quick to single out the beef Momo and chilly beef dry. The complimentary soup that came along was not much though and hence was left untouched. We then moved on to the pork Thukpa which was a right balance of soup and noodles.. The chicken Momo was not quite in the same league and those who've had and appreciated Denzongs Momo from Kolkata will know what I mean. Having said that, I would suggest that this place is a must try in Gangtok for the meat lovers without feeling that pinch in the pocket!
This place is a must visit when your in Gangtok and I'll come here again definitely too..
You shouldn't expect much for the ambience but the meal is affordable..
Pork chilly - this best I've had in my life and it's a must if you love pork, it's a grilled pork cut into pieces
Chicken momos - just loved the soft chicken pieces in it.
Best place to try authentic tibet cuisine. Momos and thupka are a must here. The place doesnt offer a fine or a luxury dining but a must visit if you are looking for best tibetan food at most affordable rates
We didn't get any space when we first went there but the next time we made sure that we are before time as this place was quite famous for their food. We loved the atmosphere although the place is little cramped. We ordered wines,their local beer hit,chili mushroom,chili chicken,chowmein and loved everything there. We didn't get momos though and for the same reason I'll visit gangtok again
My first visit to Sikkim, my cousin took me to this place,; this place didn't disappoint me at all. We had tendeuk, beef fried rice, momo, chicken thali, pork chilli. Every dish was great👍. Best Tibetan food 👌👌👌Hats off😋
A wonderful menu, delicious food and very courteous staff..We had pork momos, pork thukpa and mushroom fried rice. Though we had received a wrong order, the staff was swift in replacing the order. The momos are the best I've had till date, the wrappers of the dumplings were thicker than I've had before and was good. The thukpa and rice were tasty as well..
Cozy family restaurant. Tried their beef thukpa and beef shyaphale. Both of these were our first time experience. Thukpa was good but Shyaphale was mind blowing.

One of the best restaurant for red meat in Gangtok. The chill pork and beef fry we tried was absolutely mouth watering. The crispiness and crunchiness of these food made it more delicious. Highly recommend if you visit Gangtok

Authentic thupka and momos. Not too spicy which gives a chance to explore the real taste of the food . Situated in the heart of Mg marg, service is quick, wash room is ok.

Located at M.G Road, this is an absolute treasure for people who wanna try local food of Sikkim as well as Tibetan cuisine.
We tried Vegetarian Thenthuk, it was honestly delicious.
Neither too spicy nor too mild, basically a Comfort Food.
Staff were polite, helpful and nice.
Consider yourself fortunate if you manage to get a table here. The restaurant as it's name suggests, is famous for Tibetan cuisine. The location of the restaurant is really good. It's right on MG Marg. It's a must if you wanna try out the local food. Highly recommended.
