It's an extremely busy place on weekends. Staff is overloaded with dine in, take away and online orders. The arrangement is a little uncomfortable. You place order on the ground floor, wait for it to get ready and then take your order to 1st floor as there is no seating space on the ground floor. The chicken popcorn took almost 20 minutes to get ready. They should better keep extra staff on weekends.
The staff was friendly. They were courteous enough to serve the delayed item on the table. There is free water if asked. The seating space is ample on the first floor.
Nice place to visit with your partner. Service is good and fast. It is also very spacious even on weekends. It is located inside the City centre mall.

KFC outlet is at ground floor while the seating space is at 1st floor for 18-20people. Staff was very polite and humble.

This is below Pizza Hut, such a nice place with a good view. Nice for summer days when the sun is not shining through the window but a nice view of lawn and metro line is there to give you some peace of mind
Standard KFC. Good staff, they can handle huge queues. Service is really quick. Has ample amount of seating space, most of the seating is in first floor. Both dine in and take away options. One minute walking from MG road metro station. Lively area, with good music. Can come with friends, family and kids.

From the moment we walked in, Deepika greeted us with a warm smile that instantly brightened our day. She not only suggested a delicious meal but also smoothly handled the billing process, all while engaging in a friendly chat that made us feel truly valued as customers. We have been here to multiple times. This outlet of KFC is located in City Centre mall. From the Metro you can see this outlet. And just beside this outlet stands pizza Hut. This outlet of KFC has two levels, one being the ground floor and first floor. The service of this outlet is quite decent and the taste of food is delicious as well. We ordered chicken longer box, one mingles bucket which includes popcorn, chicken boneless strips and hot wings. In addition to it, we had devil's chicken and vanilla bliss. Quality of food is different in each outlet. But this one is delicious enough to make you go crazy. Do visit this outlet of KFC and you'll love it. 😇
