A beautiful city hotel located just off the highway. Check in was smooth and the staff at the reception was very courteous and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel grounds and swimming pool are were big and very well maintained. The food at the restaurant Seasonal Tastes was exceptional. Kudos to the whole team for their service and hospitality.

It’s only been two nights but it’s been a fantastic experience so far. I’m here with my husband and we’re very much enjoying our stay. The rooms are huge and the breakfast and dinner buffet is okay. Lots of variety at the dessert section that looks like it came right out of Charlie’s Chocolate Factory. Had a lovely spa massage at the Heavenly spa and Keratin treatment at the Salon. We will definitely come back.

This hotel is located in Govindpuri. If your budget is not high and you want to stay in less money then it would be appropriate to stay here but if your budget is good and you want a luxurious room then do not come here. We can stay here for 2 people for Rs 800 a night. Stayed for 15. Hotel is fine and I would rate the rooms here as 3 out of 5. Mineral water bottles will be available for drinking water. Cleanliness would be rated as 3 out of 5. There was no water in my bathroom at all. Coming to another room, I had to take bath and freshen up. Choose as per your budget.

Lovely property right in the heart of Gurgaon. Great ambience. Good food. Prompt service. Nicely equipped and spacious gym. The swimming pool is big and nicely maintained. Quite an ideal place for short vacations or when you simply want to unwind

5 Star service as usual and courteous staff as always but the evening was really great on Sunset Story roof top Bar .... Bartender Bharat Bandari was par excellence 👍 👌 .... Service drinks with a Smiling face single handedly was a delight to watch. God bless him. He has been raised well and trained better. Westin rocks ...

We stayed in the Westin on 23 Dec. Amazing stay.Food was yumm.Neat and clean very hygienic...girl at the reception was so sweet with very beautiful smile I forgot her name may be vidushi.... overall we enjoyed a lot and have a wonderful experience.

Good facilities. Good sized rooms with desk for work. Toilet ok expect lavaroty and 'indian bidet'. Shower and bath together with a glass that separates it from the actual toilet -no curtain nor shader between both. Matress and bed amazing.

The ambience of Westin Gurgaon is very apt for either some family time or an exclusive official meeting. The service is great and the food quality......finger licking good. Very hygienic and attractive display of a huge array of delicacies catering to any and every kind of taste pallette.

Great rooms at the hotel and the service is also aligning to the stars. The breakfast spread is superb. Could improve in south Indian spread tastes.. disappointed with the sambhar 😂.
