A nice property with all the basic amenities and nice aura atleast in the midst of so congested city, Gurugram. Although the roads in Gurugram are not at all good, but property is good atleast for middle class people.

Good society. Properly maintained. Has a temple also along with club and other shops. Many schools are nearby and very near to Dwarka expressway.

emaar gurgaon greens is located on the state highway-15A. the state highway after 300-400m intersects at dwarka expressway. also, on the other side a 75m road intersects with state highway connecting from delhi via najafgarh drain. further, the state highway connects directly to hero honda chowk via sector-10 and ujwal bhardwaj chowk. in walking distance two commercials are being build i.e. satya the hive and jms marine square.(look in the map). the society contains 8* acres of green space. more importantly, there are only 2 apartments per floor. which gives immense cross ventilation. *- claimed by the builder.
There is pool, club house and many other great facilities. But the people living in this society are cruel, and very very heartless. Children of this society are a big bully. These people love to bully street dogs. And if any ond these dogs bits anyone then I will not be surprised. People of this society cannot even feed a stray dog as the fellow mates of this society do not allow to do so.
