Well I am commenting something on facebook after a very long time......This gym is for you, if you are looking for quality & substance.It will deliver result to you if you possess the right amount of sincerity & discipline in you, else don't worry you will be out & gone in a week or may be a fortnight. The essence of the place is, the Dheeraj sir. It is his unmatched attention, hardwork & sincerity which results in fantastic outcomes, every now & then. I must say, this place doesn't have all the fancy facilities, you find in Gold gym or other reputed chains but I must insist it has the soul & energy.You might find him (Dheeraj sir) a bit rude in first meeting(like I did),but trust me, the guy is really very talented & he is your man. So if you are tired of being you (physically), & really looking for inspiration & results, this is the place you go! During my transformation, I have gone through many pain cycles but its hard to believe, I have got rid of my severe back pain problem(almost 8 years old , thnx to IT job)& I don't feel it anymore. Thanks a lot Sir for having me!

I love the fact that this gym has a take it or leave it attitude. No nonsense training. If you are not sure you got what it takes. They let you out the door without batting an eyelid. You'll love this place. It's an old school gym and I wouldn't be surprised if there was dried blood on the walls. As soon as you step in, the atmosphere just makes you wanna bang some plates together and go beast mode. If you are serious about getting fit, losing body fat & building muscle, then this is the only gym for you. The staff and most of the guys there are very helpful but if you need good professional advice or a personal trainer there is Fitness Guru & Coach Dheeraj Kumar ! The experience, advice, equipment, and attitude are unparalleled in Gurugram.
