The place doesn't look like a mall and actually it's not mall it's a plaza with lots of corporate offices and a few showrooms of car followed by a chai point and few To-let spaces haven't seen much in it. It's a overcrowded place due to nearest metro station guru Dronacharya. From cyber city it takes 10 minutes to reach by a local auto and can charge up to 70 rs for their services. Communication is very easy due to the metro station you can easily get convence any time. Parking facility is also available in this place which is an additional advantage for those who have their own vehicle.

The place has some offices like Maruti, Kajaria Tiles Experience Centre, Chai Point and a few others and the place offers ample parking space, well managed big entrance, elevators and etc. for a smooth access to the offices on the first, second and third levels/floors. The place also has two lifts which is made our visit comfortable.
The Kajaria Experience Centre is an awesome one and it offers hundreds of collections of wall and floor tiles, washroom tiles etc.
Starting from parking, it's small and cluttered. It's near to Guru Dronacharya metro station, that's a plus point. Lights, lift, ambience is average. I went there for a meeting, the building is ok ok. There are few company offices, indusland bank and maruti showroom. The coffee shop at ground floor is cool. You can sit and relax there if you are waiting there.
