Very spacious , good parking space, clean and secure.

Located on golf course road in sector 53 near Rapid Metro station next to Audi showroom. It is not a traditional type of plaza but more of office spaces. One bank PNB and few outlets of tea, coffee and snacks. Few street food options at back.of the building. It is not fully occupied yet. Parking is free here unlike the other malls who charge a hefty amount for parking. Neat and clean and well maintained.

It's totally an IT hub. There are all IT companies and mostly are related to call centers.. It also includes Chicago pizza point and PNB bank.

This is located right beside the metro station so reaching here is very easy. This is a commercial building and has multiple decent cafeterias. Lots of happening places around.

Incredible put with harmony and on road.Best part metro simply front of the entryway. Exceptionally advantageous to move Delhi and different spots. Numerous Japanese organization arrange corporate office here. Additionally inside exceptionally spotless and all around kept up with.

1. Old infrastructure but active and operational on golf course road. 2. Occupancy is not more than 55 to 60%. 3. Few months ago one food stall has become operational and someone has rented the pizza centre at entrance which used to be Chicago pizza earlier. Couple of smoke, tea and snack points are on the RHS of building on a service pathway or street. 4. Two minutes walking distance from Sector 54 chowk rapid metro station. 5. Okay kind of parking and gate security. 6. Adjacent to an educational institution..LLMS most probably. 7. Shuttl and Uber Shuttle pickup and drop points are dot opposite across road and just within 25 metres of the building on both sides of entry gate.
