Dwaraka Restaurant A place of pure vegetarian varieties ..good place to visit with family and friends,
A vegetarian buffet was available and the service was very appreciative, A bunch full of options for vegetarian food,

In the buffet menu poori was not included, we had to take poori separately. The tables and chairs were clean and hygienic, The buffet hall and tiffin section was very spacious, Parking was sufficient for 2 wheelers and for 4 wheelers. valet parking was available inside the hotel, Overall I had a good experience. Located in Lakdikapool opposite Hampshire the plaza hotel.
There was heavy smoking smell in one of the 3 rooms I had booked. Should have been cleaned thoroughly prior. When complained and asked for a spray they washed the floor with a good smelling disinfectant, didn't remove the smoking smell much.
On the first night they gave us no keycard for 3 rooms, saying they had a shortage of cards and asked to call reception if we get locked out. It was very irritating to do that and unsafe to leave room unlocked if everyone in a room had to go to another room. They should logically have enough cards for the rooms they are renting out. On the second day morning they first tried to give one card for 3 rooms (even though there was a stack of cards on the guy's table) and when i protested they finally gave me 3 cards.
Other than these two issues, the rooms were good and clean enough and the staff were friendly. There was daily housekeeping. The restaurant food was good and prices not too costly.
We need to ask for ghee and papad or else they are not gonna serve us if meals is ordered.
Overall experience is good for vegetarians
Dwaraka Hotel is a well known Restaurant in Hyderabad city. It is very old.
It is always pleasure dining here. Prices are affordable. It is located in centre of city. Very close to Metro station and bus stop. Parking is also available.

A hotel that has been for more than 30 to 40 years. I love its food, both South Indian and North Indian. Ghee roast, Garlic Naan, Panneer Patiala taste nice.

Although it's been many visits to this place, over a period from 2020-2023 I have observed as the business post covid has settled to be better and boosting, such established points are slowly losing focus on taste, service, even seating amenities.
Namely a Car Driver of may be with a customer was washing dirty moping cloth in hand wash area wash basin😖.
The wada served was cold and Rock solid instead of being at least warm and crispy at 8.30AM itself in such South Indian fast service place.
Idly used to be 🥵 hot and we used to see hot fumes earlier but now even the Sambar is just manageable.
The service staff is confused with tokens and allocation of respective items to customers flocking.
Plate idly(2pc) and one Wada cost ₹90, not very cheap but affordable and justified for what Dwaraka maintains the place and hygiene to be, however off-late even the crowd is flocking and indisciplined both at the token counter & self-service places.
Not again. It's definitely become another tiffin center with no USP. THIS IS MY LAST VISIT.
Rooms are clean and hygiene with reasonable price. We booked our room through MMT. Staffs are friendly. There is a in house vegetarian restaurant attached from which we can order food to the room or dine in. Food taste is good. It's located near lakdika pul metro station.

It was the best thali i have ever eaten there. The service wad 10/10, really loved all of it. We royal place to eat me and my family had a lot of fun. Really appreciate to go there again🥰😋
