First time in India and staying at the Marriott. The food has been outstanding and tonight I got really great service from Atul, which is hard to come by in the US. I got an Indian Chicken dish (butter chicken) with rice - I asked for the name of the chef to thank him - Bijay Dass. He came out to thank me! Anyway just a very enjoyable experience.

Indore kitchen is a good place to have a buffet. Buffet dishes have both Veg n non-veg options. Non-veg dishes were really good n well prepped. Specially their Alfredo fettuccine pasta and Mutton curry were really good. Desserts assortment is really poor and looks like few cakes are just prepared from leftovers of last 2 days and this should be avoided where Marriott is associated with its name. Also, many times you go and order dishes at live stations but u need chefs are forgetful and they forget to deliver it to your table, happened 2-3 times. Rest the place is good, ambience is nice and we enjoyed the buffet.

One of the best fine dining place in Indore. The food was exceptionally good with vast menu and the hospitality and service was just fantastic. I going for the dining and love the vibe of the restaurant. Best place to enjoy buffet with your loved ones.

We were served by Atul at the time of having breakfast and lunch. He is very professional and served us very patiently. Further, he gave us several options while having breakfast and lunch. Thanks Atul. Atmosphere and food are also very nice in this restaurant.

The food and the behavior of the staff was so good, it was never expected. I loved the taste and the flavors they add in the dish. I frequently visit the place, I can just remember the taste of many dishes from Indore Kitchen on my tounge. Highly recommendable, must try once.

I visited Indore Kitchen on 22.11.2023 for dinner. My overall experience was good. Taste of the food was okay but the service was good specially Ms. Jyoti, Ms. Nisha and Mr. Nitish were very polite. Finally, the ambiance of the dining area and hotel was very good.
