One of the best thalis I have eaten ill date by far across India. They claim and rightfully so to have 44 items on the thali with no repeats. Of course you can order as much as you want. But man, it all tastes so awesome. Go here after dieting for atleast the whole day or half a day and relish in this gastronomic delight. The piping hot rotla and chapati, the dhokla and other farsan items, the various vegetables. Delish. Worth a visit when you are in Jodhpur. Do try for sure.

Panchkutta: Panchkutta ki Sabzi is also popularly known as Ker Sangri. This curry primarily consists of 5 ingredients - Ker, Sangri, Amchur, Gunda and Kumati and hence the name Panchkutta.

I loved Gajar Halwa in sweets. It could not be any better.

They have the options of À la carte (Ground Floor) and Thali (First floor). Generally À la carte has a waiting due to the intense rush. You can still manage to find a lil corner on the Thali floor. And this gigantic Thali in INR 450 will make you drool over the food like a food-monster while eating the same. (I was one🤣)

Thali includes - Salad bytes, Daal baati, choorme ka laddu, 3 types of rotis, gatte ki sabzi, Kaer-sangri, Khaman, ganthiya, chakki ki sabji (extremely famous in Jodhpur), mooli ka saag, daal, kadhi, pulaav, plain khichdi, baajre ki khichdi, mirchi bada, dhaniye ki chutney, imli ki chutney, lehsun chutney, besan ka laddu and much much more! In case you want extra ghee - you need to pay INR 10 additionally; If in case you are looking for Chaach/Lassi along with Thali, you need to pay INR - 25 additionally!

Little Note - Although I feel it to be little overpriced when I compared the same Thaali with another Famous similar Restaurant of Udaipur - Natraj Restaurant - Which was INR 220! Nonetheless... INR 450 was also worth it for tasting oodles of dishes!

After hearing a lot about it I thought to try it. The thali looks good and most of items are tasty but they are costly. What I disliked was serving,they serve extremely less quantity of any item which is anyways fine but speed is too slow. By the time food comes stomach is already full. Overall it was an average experience.
Good Food & Budget friendly place.
They Serve Rajasthani Thali, if you feel like have the authentic thali do visit here.
All the items in the menu tastes nice specially the pratha which they serve & everything is fresh.

Okay first things first, since I was a tourist in the city I wasn’t aware that the thali is served on first floor and other tid bits on the ground. So at first I sat on the ground floor and later gathered that the 36 items thali is actually on the first. So be mindful of this.
Food: I loved the thali. I mean I don’t know where to start from. The food is insane. The variety ofcourse is crazy and to die for. Every dish has been curated with so much love and the best part is that they serve only a small portion at first of everything and later you can ofcourse ask for more. You will not have to ask it, you’ll know why. just read along. The local dishes that you’d want to try are here at once together. You don’t have to try different local places and the price this is offered is also pretty cheap.
Service: I haven’t seen and experienced better service than here. Oh my lord! The amount of love they serve you food with is adore worthy. I don’t know how to you explain but you should definitely see it for yourself. It’s like your mom serving you food. They will send you stuffed and you’re sure to skip a few meals.
Ambience: For the place its okay. It’s not very fancy. It’s not bad either. It’s perfect for the thali system they have.
Very nice delicious thali which I have finished just now. Really everything was tasty and was sufficient for a person.
But the gentleman who was sitting at the counter misguided me since I was to bring food for family but he did not tell me that family pack was also available.

We tried both Rajasthani thali and multi cuisine restaurant offered at gypsy. Though it’s in a market area with wider roads, but due to traffic parking may be a bit tight. It may be normal to find a waiting here for 10-15 mins especially during weekends, but they offer amazing food variety and is definitely a must try, and you would want to come again definitely. Must try is the unlimited version of thali having 36 unique items and don’t miss that !
It was my first visit to Gypsy restaurant. Have heard many times about there Rajasthani thali and was eagerly waiting to try it. I have gone to their new outlet.I have tried Rajasthan thali, and it was just wow! Even the staff were also friendly.
Loved it. True traditional and local food. The Thali is incredible. 31 food choices! Staff walk around offering different courses regularly. Everything was amazing. I ate so much I could barely walk and it was only 500 rupees!
We wanted to try authentic rajasthani food and we were recommended by some fellow travellers that we should try gypsy. So, we ordered thali and they have a buffet-type system where they will keep serving all the dishes in the Thali one-by-one. We got to try a lot of dishes at once. The guy who was serving us helped us with the best combo of food items to try. Food was amazing and I must say I was really full until the next day.

The taste is impeccable and consistently up to the mark.
The flavors are authentic, and you can tell they take pride in their culinary offerings.

Hygiene and purity are paramount.

At the end of the meal, they gave me a sweet surprise – meetha paan and a red rose. It was a charming gesture that stole my heart and made the experience even more memorable.
