Had been to Shangri-La with a large group of children and few adults on 23/11/23. A vast area with kind and helpful staff, mostly cooperative. Ample of parking space. The water park is clean and could see workers on duty doing their job as life guards, sweepers, security and so on. There was variety of food served for snacks, lunch and tea. There are many pools in it, rain dance and wave pool being one of the best attractions. That's not all, there's a very big amusement park with many rides like mono rail giving a mini train experience covering the resort greenery and various rides view from a height, there's dashing cars, break dance ride and many more rides. Most of the people running these rides were extremely kind and gave children multiple chances on the rides in the package. There was space for those who would want to have their functions celebrated. The locker and changing rooms were fine, toilets needed some cleaning but the visitors need to be blamed for not keeping things clean. Overall a good place to enjoy your entire day. There was some space near a pool to keep our baggages if don't want to rent a locker. There are shops to do purchases of swiming related clothes/costumes/accessories and for eatables.

Shangrila Resort water park is very good and very big I go a school picnic in Shangrila Resort and food is good I am enjoy it and swimming pool all there small size big size Rain dance brake dance and dashing car and more than etc . 700 rs adult ticket without food 1100 rs with food tickets I like Resort you come and try it

Nice place for a day or weekend outing with family or friends. Closer to Mumbai. Large area is covered with various slides of different heights. Each one can enjoy according to their choices and preferences -Kids pool, artificial waterfall, larger pools, wave pool, rain dance etc are available. Rooms are specious and with all required amenities. Food quality is also nice. Veg and nonveg food is available in the restaurant and provided in rooms if requested. Amusement park was closed due to rains and staff were not clear about it. We got confused as some staff members mentioned that amusement park will be open only in between 5-6 pm, one said that its already open and we can enter. But when finally we reached near the gate of amusement park, it was found closed. Overall, we had nice experience and a relaxed weekend.

It was not tht crowded as compared to my last visit... Good rides and food changing room n lockers are not so clean . Overall good and budget friendly resort.. we came for office picnic
