Great veg hotels have greater experimental varieties... only problem i found that they fry porotta for porotta chilli.. other chillies are okav and tasty.. many breakfast varieties are also available.. chole butture is a missing piece 😢 😕 😔 😪 😞... tea and cofee is beter and worth it .. its a budget friendly hotel.. i Wil add the menu to the details... pls check it...

Good veg restaurant in Kannur. I did not see washrooms there so I am giving 4 stars. Food was very good. You can opt for white rice or boiled rice whatever your choice. And they will offer rice and sambar a second time. Hospitality was very good.

We had Ghee roast, Poori Bhaji and Vada which was good. Only thing is the stench outside is very bad with open drains just outside the restaurant.

This is one of the best hotels in Kannur/Cannanore in North Kerala and serves all kind of common local cuisines. Dakshin restaurant is famous for Idli sambar and Vada sambar as their best dish. Masala dosa is also good but Vada is the best according to me. Other evening snacks is also available in this restaurant. The ambience is okay, not the perfect place for dine-out as it is too busy and there is always a rush. But the tasty food in such an economical price makes it one of the best 👌🏼🙌🏼
