It's very hot during lunch time. Need to increase air conditioning. Food is not superb. Mutton dish is excellent💯. No South Indian or North Indian style fish dish and seafood dishes. No duck dish as well. Chicken biriyani and chicken dishes are average. Need to increase selection of starters salads and desserts.
Good ambience and courteous staff. Hotel has ample parking space. Have been here for Lunch buffet. Decor of restaurant is nice and tables were clean and hygienic. Coming to food Soups were good. Starters were a let down. Good variety of salads. Thalassery mutton biriyani in main course was delicious. Main course items felt bit bland though. Desserts were lip smacking. Service was really good and staff were wearing masks as per Covid guidelines. Buffet spread is well arranged and overall a pleasant experience. But wouldn’t say the taste was really great. They allow Zomato pro payments as well. There is a pool view and outdoor seating.
I was there on the Sunday brunch. It was a nice experience. Huge variety of dessert and food, and live counter and their delicious food in the buffet 😋 lots of choices . I really enjoyed the brunch of mosaic. I will recommend you to reserve the table early, it will be good for you.
Visited Mosaic to celebrate birthday of me and spouse which falls on same day fortunately. Booked a table in advance for the dinner buffet. Buffet menu will change on a daily basis. Ambience was very good with a wide variety of starters, main course and deserts available. For grilled items such as chicken and fish a live counter is available near pool side which seems fantastic than the pre cooked items. A pool side candle dinner will also be provided based on requests which will be little bit costly than the normal buffet. For experiencing one time visit can be recommended and nothing that much extra ordinary is there for multiple visits.
Great spread of food items that would satisfy all kinds of food lovers. The dessert spread is extraordinary. Nice staff. A special mention to Mamta, who exemplifies the gold standard hospitality of this place.

Went there to have Sadya (feast) on the occasion of Vishu festival. It was very tasty and service was also good.
Got an opportunity to experience Buffet dinner with my colleagues. We had a great time over there with varieties of main course and starters. Desserts are great with many options.
Good. Only notable issue was there were constant short power outages when they shift from generator to grid and back. Was not expecting this from a five star hotel. Happened atleast four times in the time we were there.
