Cute little cafe with beautifully decorated seats and coloured walls. We went there during the durga pujas and had cold coffee and Brownie with hot chocolate sauce,both of which were utterly delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service satisfactory.
Recommended.
A month ago I visited to this particular cafe and frankly speaking I was impressed by the name.
"Cafe Je T'aime means I love u in French. It is a beautiful cafe with French or parisian vibes. Love is the main theme of this cafe and it will also evoke a beautiful feeling in our mind with it's positive vibes.
The food was good and the decor of the cafe was very soothing. The staff, as well as the owner Mrs Shakuntala Majumdar is very well behave and cooperative lady. It was a very wonderful experience for me.

A very pretty cafe in the by lanes of purna das road, serving good Italian food is Cafe Je T'aime.
The name of the cafe is a French phrase meaning I love you! The decor is very neatly done with simple pictures, lights and guitars. I tried two baked dishes namely,
>Chicken tetrazinni-A favourite of all times, spaghetti with chicken juliens in white cheese sauce is a delight. I loved the mild flavour of the chicken and the sauce.
>Baked fish- The fish was soft and not smelly. The baking was perfect and the sauce used was smooth and thick. The flavours of the Italian spices could be savored in the mouth. The dish is very filling and comes with two garlic breads.
The staff is very courteous and takes customer feedbacks very seriously. I loved the quiet, warm ambience which gives you a cozy homely feel.
Went there once with my friends to hang around.
This place is really nice.
Good decor. The staff behavior were alo good.

"Je t'aime" is I Love You in French, & being someone who is very passionate about this language, I readily decided to visit this place as soon as I came across it during this Durga Puja. Beautifully decked up in lights, this is located right beside Mrs Magpie near Hindustan Park. Visited the place on Navami this year, but it was absolutely empty probably because not many people knew about it back then.
Beautiful décor with loads of quirk and fun games, the seating However was slightly uncomfortable. We ordered;
🔥 Hawaiian Steak- Veg Patty topped with pineapple was served with sautéed veggies & garlic bread. But we requested to replace the garlic bread with rice, and on request they did that. Very polite and chivalrous of the owner to take our order himself and he even suggested fee options.
🔥House Special Chicken- This was a stunner. Stuffed with mushrooms the chicken tasted delicious and came along with a Rosemary sauce. Recommended. Both the dishes were very filling. Loved everything about the place, the ambience, the food and the cordial behavior of the management. Would love to visit again.
Cafe Je T’aime is just opposite the famous fairytale cafe “Mrs. Magpie”, in southern avenue of Kolkata. The ambience of this place have some class vibrance, from ute seating arrangement to color coordination. A cute soft board on the wall which is filled with the notes from those customers who have already been there and experienced the place is quite catchy.
Loveliness is sprawled across this cafe. Lovely colours lovely seats lovely decide, artefacts and jewelry and good solid books. And a guitar.
The menu is continental. I would have expected more varieties of beverage as it is a cafe but it offers the regular items only. Excepting freak shake which I tried.
The staff are good. The maitre de table is a nice boy but I wish he wouldn't talk so loudly.
The shake arrived exactly five minutes later as promised by them. Delicious.
This is the place where you can bring the love of your life and chat away. A pleasant place really.
Parking depends heavily upon luck. I was trying to enter here for the past few days but couldn't due to parking problem.
Price moderate.
Location good.
Worth another visit.

I wanted to give them 3 stars but giving 4 stars in anticipation that they will improve their service after reading all the feedbacks and reviews posted here and acting positively on it.
First things first this place is beautiful from outside as well inside and theme of the restaurant is Love!
Je t'aime is a french phrase which means "I love you" and once you get in you can sort of feel that.
Place is decorated nicely and the ambience is all soothing and nice.
But as of now that's it about this place cos service is absolutely on the slowest side it's so slow you might just feel like walking out of this place and visit some other cafe cos there are over dozens of cafes at this place and the closest is The Chaiwala which I visit regularly and their service and food is top notch. Maybe Cafe Je t'aime staffs should consider visiting there and see how things are done cos they really need to learn alot.
When we went, there was only one guy who was looking after everything so maybe they need to hire at least 1 or 2 more people to serve better.
Food options are limited but that's alright for a cafe.
We ordered French fries which was not available then wanted Veg Cordon Blue but again this wasn't available too. So we got Cheesy Wantart Chicken and Corn Cheese Croquette which was available and also masala tea with milk.
Food item was really good but it was very oily so they need to work on that but the Tea was absolutely awesome. I love tea and it was my kind of tea. I requested them to make masala tea with milk and I wasn't disappointed at all and just for the tea I wanted to forget about their dismal service and rate them 5 stars.
Food prices are quiet pocket friendly.
It's an excellent place to be but needs lot of work on their service part and food preparation. Once they improve on it then I'm pretty sure I am going to visit them regularly.
Hope cafe management is listening and please stop giving hand written bills it's really weird and looks cheap.
Its been approximately 4months that Cafe Je T'aime has started its journey.
A well decorated cafe, with an ethnic charm in it. The brightly coloured chairs and those big windows make it even more interesting.
Like most other cafes it also provides you with different board games, musical instruments and a fun place to gossip woth your near and dear buddies.
Now lets talk about the food, practically speaking we had no plans visiting the place, we were on our way home, when we came across this well decorated, brightly lit up cafe. So no elaborate orders, we just ordered:
* Cappuccino (this comes with a home-made cookie, you just can't miss it)
* Cheesy Wantart Chicken ( Highly Recommended)
* French Fries ( Good Quantity, Nice and Crisp)
* Cold Coffee with Ice Cream (Perfect)
The service was prompt.
Best of luck to them...
A new place. Only 3 months old. Ambience is warm and cosy. Awesome food. Friendly staff. Perfect for a date. Orders take some preparation time but the wait is worth it.
