Words can't describe how much we all loved our stay at this property. The staff is so well trained . Management doing a great job by maintaining perfection in every aspect, wether reception, house keeping, F&B team, food. Wonderful staff. Property is calm and peaceful. You would fall in love with this property at first sight
Rooms and bathroom fittings could be improved a lot. No split ac was in the rooms, only window ac. But the behaviour of the staff and the location of the hotel is praiseworthy.
The quality is maintained according to the upper middle class standard thru its services and accommodation.
My friend lived here for 1 day. Price is not so high. Good for kolkata visiting people. Metro station and new market are so near. Chadni chalk is also near to this hotel. Staffs are helpful. Transport for howrah station or sealdah station is available. Location and accommodation all things are great. Staffs behaviour is nice. But tea bags are not serviced by hotel authority in room. But fridge, geyser, tv are available in room. Neat and clean hotel. Over all I liked it and recommend it to all.
One of the best hotel ever visited.
Had a great experience! This hotel is at the heart of Kolkata. Not very spacious but comfort with very humble and supportive staffs. All the main sites are near by if you are coming for a visit.
1) New market : it's one of the biggest road side Market where you can purchase so many things in very cheap price (bargain please)
2) Maidan market : walkable distance , you can buy sportswear and sports goods and also sari in very cheap price
3) Tram : Most of the tram route is closed. But you can find one just few steps from the hotel
4) Nizam Hotel: one of the best for family
5) Museum, Planetarium, church, Eden garden, musical fountain, Viktoria Place all very close to this hotel
Best hotel at the price range of 1.5K to 2.5K per night.. the staff are really good and they genuinely help you. I had a wonderful stay and I wish to stay there again when I visit Kolkata next time. 🥂
My favorite place to be in Kolkata. Right at the heart of the city and all the historical places are nearby. Esplanade Metro is at walkable distance. Good restaurants like Aminia and Nizams are in walkable distance. Property is a bit old but hospitality is excellent. They provide parking for car in front of hotel at a nominal charge.
Great hotel, nice location. There is absolutely nothing bad to say. We had a wonderful experience. Clean, modern, comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the Staffs here were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and I'd strongly recommend it
Best hotel, I went there first in January, 2020,then sept20...stayed for 2night, extremely friendly staff,,,you can have parking place for your vehicle ....nice location 200 meter from New market, walkable distance from esplanade metro ...
