Of the twin restaurants, Kouzina mining is decorated around the theme of a mine. Because of it's extreme popularity, we went in with high expectations, however, it doesn't live up to the hype as much I thought it would.
The decor is nice, with the walls adorning mining quotes, pictures and bits and pieces of history but it doesn't live up to the expectations set by it's twin brother Fly Kouzina.
Although temperature was not checked upon entry, the tables were well seperated and the place was almost empty on arrival. So, safety was not a concern.
The staff is well behaved and professional. However, half their menu is not being served because of the pandemic. Of the things that are present, the service is decent.
The food is good. Was I expecting better, yes. But it was good enough.
Overall a nice chill place to go in once a while.

Thei kala pathar chicken was an absolute ripoff and we also did take their veg platter for starters
For main course we stuck to steak with mashed potatoes and it was worth every ounce

We went to dinner with our family at KOUZINA MINING CO.Restaurant yesterday. I can't explain the service there. They are checking every person through very difficult process and entering the restaurant. And they are doing these processes through extreme safety. And maintaining social distance. The biggest thing is that we are getting the menu card that they are giving through whatsapp. I went to two more restaurants in this covid19 situation where I did not feel safe like kouzina mining restaurant.✌

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical in going out and visiting a restaurant, but the safety norms taken by the restaurant did relieve me quite a lot😇
Kouzina Mining Co. is definitely one of my favorite go to restaurant and I am quite satisfied visiting this place and enjoying such delicious food😍
One might have such questions, that the quality of the food might have degraded, the prices must be too high or they might not maintain the norms properly, but I can assure you everything is done with perfect care and the food is prepared with great perfection. Loved the taste of each and every dish to its extent.
The staffs were very helpful and have taken every precaution for the safety of the customers.

I recently ordered food from this place and was amazed by the packaging and taste of the items. They delivered on time and each item was delivered hot. I tried Akbari Mahi Tikka, Xacuti Fried Fish Fingers, Murg Malai Tikka, Cheese naan, veg pulao, murg bharta and fish tikka masala. I loved the food and service. Will order again.

Yesterday I visited this amazing mining themed dine in restaurant post lockdown. I would like to start with the hygiene measures which were followed since the entry. The staff were masked and wore gloves at all point of time. Also they’re sanitising their hands after every time they cleared the dishes or table.

Let’s come to the favourite part of the visit that’s food. I think you’ll must visit this place for it’s mouth watering dishes and top notch ambience. Also you can visit the nearest mall cc1 if you want to hangout more after having lunch from here. The dishes I ordered were

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kouzina Mining Co., and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The restaurant's unique cold mine theme immediately caught my attention, and I was excited to see how it would be incorporated into the overall dining experience.It's a family restaurant and they don't serve alcohol.
Quality : The quality of the dishes served at Kouzina Mining Co. was simply outstanding. Despite ordering quite a number of items, everything was served promptly, and almost each dish exceeded my expectations.
Quantity : Compared to the price, the quantity for certain appetizers is a bit less but it won't feel bad because of their delicious taste. My opinion would be to get the suggestions from them and order. Do try out their Chef's special dishes.
Location : It's at the Saltlake AD block bus stand, very easy to locate. You need to park outside and there is no special place to park specific for the restaurant.
Note : I would suggest you book the table through dineout or zomato dining. You would get some discounts if you pay via dineout or zomato. We received 20% discount, paid through zomato.
The restaurant added 7% service charges and we asked them to remove it, we separately paid them tips.
We ordered :
Appetizer/soup : Murgh Malai Tikka, Thai red chilli prawn, Chicken hot and sour soup,
Main course : Chicken steak, Chicken Alfredo pasta, Chicken Pad Thai noodles, Mixed chilli garlic noodles, Paprika and garlic marinated grilled fish.
Dessert : Warm nutty brownie, tiramisu milkshake, classic cheese cake.
Mocktail : Shark Bite, Jamaican Mojito, Barman's Pitcher, Floral Affaire, Mango shake.
Recommended: Murgh Malai Tikka, Thai red chilli prawn, Pad thai noodles, chilli garlic noodles, Jamaican mojito, Warm nutty brownie, Shark bite.
We did not like : Tiramisu Milkshake and Classic cheese cake.

Great continental dishes as well as kebab. Multiple options. Very nice ambiences and also quick service . It’s a great place to visit.
I have always loved the food from Kouzina all outlets with a different and unique atmosphere. I would always recommend Kouzina for fine dining. The dim light inside mining co. gives a soothing experience of perfect family dinner.

Been a favorite for some time now. Best part it serves basket of fries, which means kids are sorted - French fries, smiley, wedges etc. Brilliant choices of cuisine indian, oriental, western. My all time favourites- Burmese khoy sui and tandoori broccoli. Enough choices for all types of pallette across ages. Deserts choices are yum too.
Nice ambience and food is good too. I liked the chicken steak.. and kasoori chicken kebab.
With an amazing service, the restaurant specialises in its North Indian Cuisine. With a dim lighting and props suggesting a mine landscape, the place is child friendly as the customers are allowed to use the props for photography. In terms of value for money, the pricing suits the atmosphere and fooding. Overall, a good dining experience.
Inside lighting needs to be slightly bright. Pest controls should be done, as i find cockroach in my table. Otherwise food quality is good and service is top notch.
