This place is my hunger Savior. Moreover it's located in the student hub of the city amidst Jalan College, Sanskrit college, Hindu school, S anskrit college opposite to Presidency University so the daily visitors are students. It's a small place which can not accomodate more than 15-20 people at a time but it's a student friendly one. One will get chinese dishes at huge quantity and at a cheap rate compared to the quality.
They do make rolls too.

Initially it would be tough to spot this place as it is in the middle of book shops but it's right opposite to the gate of Sanskrit college.
Visited Tasty Restaurant on 22/06/2019. Ordered Chicken Cutlet, Egg Roll and Soft Drinks. The dishes were all freshly prepared and tasty. If we can overlook the ordinary ambience, it is a decent place to eat at very affordable prices.
Yeaaahh..so went here for the first time though i stay very near, as the outlet is not so attracting but this place is quite old...i tried theird their mixed chowmin today which was not so good. Price wise the quantity was good but the food was not uptp the mark. Tried coke with that so tasted good...

Just found this place while buying books in College street, located near to Indian Coffee house. Really very good food is served at reasonable prices, that's what attracts customers to this place,else it isn't so well kept or decorated.

This is a small place,located in College Street, near Kotha o Kahini book shop. It mainly serves chinese cuisine mainly. They can accommodate 25-30 people at a time. Food taste is okay type and price is also okay for the food.
The quantity of food is huge here! Located right behind the alley of Coffee house, this was my go to during university days. Try the chowmein if you are here. Decent place
A tiny little place in front of Sanskrit college. Perfect for a student hangout. They serve delicious Chowmein and Chilli Chicken, the North Kolkata-college student staple. A very regular place. College goers in College street, visit this place once. It'll be like your regular college canteen hangout.

Although the restaurant is not so well decorated.,it's very ordinary restaurant,besides it always keeps the hunger pleased of the foodie people like me.i know the food is very oily but tastes good.moglai paratha tastes better than the chowmin.but i am telling to those people who told that the food of this restaurant is very oily,below standard and all that,you people can taste it's chicken sweet corn soup which is really delicious and also healthy!and all items are pocket friendly for the students like us!

I used to go this place very often when I was in my college Presidency. It is just 2minutes from coffee house. The place is ok. Food was good and pocket friendly also. I visited the place today and ordered mix chow , chilli chicken and chicken cutlet. Cutlet was ver good as usual. Chow and chilli chicken was ok. Overall it is a nice place to eat if u in college street.

1am visiting here since 2014. Still now the price is very affordable with that tasty foods compared to other restaurants. Chilli chicken is unique and so tasty. You will never find such chilli chicken anywhere. It's a must visit.
Tasty Restuarant is so much worth of it's name. It is the perfect place to have lunch for the college goers as it best fits a student's pocket and is very hygeinic too. It offers a vast range of meals and snacks. The chicken soup, moghlai and chilly chicken are the best sellers. It is situated at the lane just opposite to the Presidency College.....Coffee House past four to five shops.
