I hav been to down section earlier many time it's a Grt place for fish lovers u will get all fish varieties on my carving for pomfet I went here

Service was Grt and they have spl morolla fish small fried up fishs to chew it fully will try it on next visit
They do serve bhujia ginger cucumber and salt as free chakna
I just fall in love with this place... If you you want to enjoy some cheap booze along with some lip smacking food then this is place for you guys... It's situated on Ganesh Chandra Avenue and very near from Central Metro station... They have two sitting spaces... The ground floor is the singing bar section and the first floor is for normal dining... I had there Vetki Fry and Tandoori Chilli Chicken along with couple of drinks and I must say my experience is just awesome... The staffs are friendly and very courteous... The services is very good. The ambience is dark and the sitting arrangements is bit uncomfortable. Believe me this is there only drawback... Pocket pinch here is very very friendly...
Situated at mango lane, this very old bar cum restaurant is absolute delight for foodies of Kolkata. They have sitting arrangement quite comfortable for at least 70 to 80 people combining first and second floor. The first floor has its own live music or performance stage for those who like to enjoy their drink with live music. Foods were awesome and unbelievable fewer prices tagged for all of the items. We ordered vetki fry and tandoori boneless chicken chili. The staffs are quite helpful and modest as well.

Didn't have much expectations from this bar but I was pleasantly surprised with there food and service. Decor and ambience is like any usual bar in that area, dimly lit and with live music after 8 PM. Thank God they have a first floor sitting away from the live music. We ordered some bengali style মাছ ভাজা and liked them with our booze. Then ordered there signature tandoori chili chicken and loved it. Lastly ordered some chili Pomfret which blown our mind (probably the booze making them testy!). Overall loved there food and prompt service.
Went today with my friends..This outlet is spacious and will give the real feeling of 80's.... Really loved the ambience as we hardly get this kind of feeling now a days in a Bar..The service is prompt and staffs are also well behaved.. We ordered Carlsberg, Tuborg beer with fish items - Bhetki Tandooori ( This is probably one of the best fish item i have had after a long time) and Pomfret tikka ( This is also upto the mark ) overall it was just an amazing experience before the start of 2019.... Recommend ☺☺👌👌

Well don’t expect hi-fi service or ambience as its a dark n shady bar with semi-comfortable sitting arrangement. If you are very tall you might have problem in sitting.
They have slot in the food menu but I didn’t like to experiment with it so I preferred Dry Chilli Chicken and Fish Fingers. Let me tell you, apart from getting drinks at throw away cheap price you also get good food!!
Definitely not a place to visit with Family or Girlfriend but yes, if you got a Yo girl with you should try this out. Very convenient for the Dalhousie office goers!
Irrespective of everything I just said, I am in love with the place only because of the reasonable booze! I come here often should try it out if you are a guy.
Nice place for get together.. awesome food and service.. I don't know the name of service boy he is so polite and helpful... So guys go without any hesitation
Near mango lane this restaurant cum bar is popular for office goers and also famous for its fish items. Pure bekti fish tikka 4 chunks at Rs 250. The best dishes i had here over the years are lonka bekti, fish tikka, mourola fry/cilli. Hakka noodles is also very good. Liquior prices r very very cheap. Limited options in Beer. I prefer fish than chicken here. Although prices of the alcohol and of the foods have been increased by Rs 25 to Rs 30 in recent time.
Fish Tikka (4/5): pure vekti soft and juicy...
Mourala fry (3.5/5) : Nice and crispy but coating should be less.
Chilly chicken (3.5/ 5): Nice and soft.
Cheap n best. One of the (may be the cheapest) most pocket friendly bar in Kolkata. But you can find different dishes of Fish here. Awesome in taste and quality of those fishes. must try Fish tikka n Mourala fry
Nice place to with college after office hrs to relax, silence place on weekends, menu updated in tomato is quite old, sharing an updated one for you, it's less then 5 mins walking distance from chandi chowk metro st, if u r travelling from Esplaned to Chandni chowk metro st. Then travel in the ground side of the train for a proper exit.
The interior is pretty cozy with brilliant warm lighting and live music. Recommended place!
Went there to receive a quick work call in the afternoon to avoid the noises on the road. The overall ambience was satisfactory. Prices felt a bit higher than other bars.

Beverages Available ..Veg- Non Veg food available. I never tasted non veg but looks lIke that everyone enjoys. I am vegetarian so Whatever food I order they serve it accordingly. Last call is 10.30pm.. Its very reasonable. Ambience is good. All office goers enjoys thoroughly. But It is not for family.
Small quint place in Dalhousie area frequented by beer and drinks lovers. Prices are very reasonable and snacks given with the drinks are pretty good in quantity and quality.With snacks you even get finely chopped ginger, green chillies which is very nice.Attendants are courteous. Overall very nice experience.
Cozy relaxed environment. Good food and good service .If you are looking for a quiet place near Dalhousie for a drink and chat with friends in peace ,then this is the place to be.Live music starts post 8 pm which is again not too loud and doesn't break your ear drums!
It's a quite cosy place for drink lovers. Snacks menu of this place is a bit unusual than other places to go with the drinks. You could get some exotic fish items here. It's a value for money place.
