If you are fond of flavorful Italian cuisine, then this is one of the places that you would not like to miss. Starting from pizza and risotto to pasta and ravioli, every dish this restaurant serves is so delectable that it will fill your heart. And the best thing is that every dish is completely handmade and it gives you the feeling of authenticity.
Apart from the dishes, the service offered by the staff members is top notch. We visited the restaurant during rush hour, still the service was always on time. And last but not the least, the ambience of the place is the cherry on the top. It is so cozy and welcoming that you will love to go back again and again.
I have very little faith for the restaurants that are in this pathetic mall called City Centre but Fabbrica is an exception.
Fantastic place, fantastic food and fantastic service.
The person in charge here is Mr Mark and is brilliant when it comes to customer handling. Seems like one man army and he's doing a decent job.
I have been here thrice in the last two months and I have seen it only about 70% occupied. It could be because Italian food is not too popular in Calcutta. Or may be because of the prices. That the owners can introspect. But a big thumbs up to them for this nice place and hiring someone like Mark. Keep up the good work guys.. 👍🏻
And for the rest of you, do visit this place once. I highly recommend it.. Do try the Pesto Pasta with a glass of Chardonnay 🥂
This is my third time here. Fabbrica has an amazing staff and delicious food.
Pizza - Esotica : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pollo piccante : a pesto base chicken pizza ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Spaghetti alio olio peppercino : ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cafe Latte : ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Buraata con : ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall it was a good experience like it has been always. The cheese and the pizza we're delicious!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fabbrica, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This charming Italian restaurant not only served up some truly awesome food, but also provided a nice and cozy ambience that made the overall dining experience quite enjoyable. Fabbrica is inside City Center 1, Salt lake, it's at DC Block and at the top floor, (the same building of Shoppers Stop). They have another branch near Elgin road and we went to the Salt lake branch.
The highlight of my visit to Fabbrica was undoubtedly the food. The Italian cuisine served here was simply outstanding. You will get good vegetarian options here but non veg options are a bit limited except the pizza.
Price wise it's a little expensive, and the quantity was less compared to the price, especially on the desserts.
The decoration was also superb, especially considering we dined there just before Christmas. The festive touches added a special charm to the overall atmosphere.
In conclusion, my visit to Fabbrica was a delightful one. I highly recommend Fabbrica to anyone in search of an informative and enjoyable Italian dining experience.
We ordered : Gamberi - should try if you like prawn.
Pollo Piccante pizza - this is really the best among all and it's their signature dish.
Rigatoni Permigiano : meaning white sauce pasta. It tastes really awesome. And we added roasted chicken along with it.
Fab limonata : Drinks which tasted OK, better to have it with ice.
Gelati : Dessert: But won't recommend it. It's a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Finally, a nice pizza place in Kolkata. I got tired of having those weird sheets, fluffy doughs, gooey centers at almost every joint in Kolkata. This place was exceptionally good. The base was done just right. The roasted chicken pesto pizza that we ordered was really flavorful. The coffee was done right.
I have always loved the authenticity of dishes and Italian cuisine being one of my favorite and Napoli pizza being one of the best, I adored this pizza and would love to go back again. Keep it up and keep adding to the menu.
The service and atmosphere were also great
One of the best Italian Restaurant in Kolkata! The vibe, ambience, the food, Music, just top notch! The service is outstanding. I loved the pizzas (YES, one is more than enough for one person). Pizzas were soft, just melting in your mouth.
P.S - If you want to know more, do check my youtube food short of this Restaurant.🍕
The main attraction for this caffe was pizza. Pizza was good but very expensive (900 bucks for a medium-sized pizza) the other item potato chips was 400 bucks. So for me one time visit only.
Great place to hang out in CC1. Awesome ambience and great food. One of the best pizzas I have ever had in Fabbrica this time!! Pocket pinch around ₹1000/- for two.
Polo Piccante is just a spicy kiss while polo Arrosto is as comforting as a lullaby. Tiramisu here is must must must try heavenly dessert. In the sides don't miss on the sautéed mushrooms.
Fantastic experience guaranteed if you are looking light yet fluffy Napolitanos .
And tiramisu is a flawless orchestra in itself .
Oh mama Mia Italiano 😍 💕
Fabrica is definely a good place for affordable fine dining but compared to other cafes or restaurants it is definitely on the pricier size. The food tastes great but is expensive and not a lot on the quantity side. The decor is extremely cute and a great place but a bit pricey.
