Very minimal menu of just schawarma, biriyani and grilled chicken .....but the schawarma was simply amazing. The bread used to wrap was authentic and the flavors were definitely middle eastern in origin. By far the best schawarma in Lucknow
Found this place in search of a good Shawarma place. As of now they have 3 things on the menu available. Shawarma, Biryani and grilled chicken. The Shawarma didnt disappoint. The best place to have Shawarma in Lucknow as of now.
Was an awsome place to get grilled chicken and shawarma when the owner personally handled the place .now a staff member looks after the place so quality and taste in food declined.TGC was first to serve shawarma in gomti nagar.

Its a very small outlet in Gomti Nagar and not very famous. I love this place for its chicken biryani. Its made out of olive oil and the taste is unique which raita. Raita is never served in other famous Lucknow food joints. The Chicken shawarma is also prepared in a unique way where the chicken and other veggies are not mashed to the core. The grilled chicken here is very healthy as it is marinated and grilled and no oil is used.

Finally after a long delay visited the Place famous about its "Shawarma and Olive Oil Biryani" , as been told by many in the @LucknowFoodies FB Group .
So as per the directions of my friend reached the Place quiet easily , Its a Small Place not quiet attractive from outside, No Lighting Nothing . You will See a Long Corridor with a Counter at a Side , It Looks like just a Take away Joint but as you move forward just at the end of corridor you will notice on your right a very Small Room with 4 tables and a Big Scenery , u can say a bit Trendy but could ve been better so as per me Ambience : 2*

Shawarma
After we ordered we got Biryani with in minutes , damm Fast , it looks like they just microwaved it & got it .
The Biryani was served with a Raita quiet Tangy but Tasty , The Famous Olive Oil Biryani dint had anything exceptional according to me , its Very Average almost same in taste as those of Moradabadi Biryani counters all over the City , The rice used was not upto the Quality and was Small , Also the Pieces of Chicken in Biryani was not that Moist ...... Overall not upto my Flavours and since i was expecting alot due to its Fame , For Me Biryani : 2.5* (2* for Biryani + 0.5* for Raita)
*A Big NO for Biryani .
The Second Famous Dish of the Place "SHAWARMA" , Frankly i dunno what an authentic Shawarma is , I consider it as a Nonveg Roll with a twist in its Bread and the Material filled inside and Should be Tasty .
The Shawarma was Good, very different from regular tasting Nonveg Dishes , Very Light filled with Potato Fries ,Pickled (Dunno what) :P , Some Salad & Lot of Chicken and served with Mayo , Quiet Good would Love to ve it Again . For me Shawarma : 3.75*
*Shawarma is no doubt Good, A Must Eat & may be Authentic as well (cant comment on that) but certainly not the Best in the Town as per my Flavours .
*I want to give the Place : 3.25*, but thats not in the OPTION .
*The Review is based on the Dishes i ve Tried, Cant Comment on other Dishes .
*Cant Comment wheather they serve Authentic Dishes or not as i dont ve any idea about Authentic Turkish Dishes. My Review is just based on the Taste Served.
*I ve plans to visit it again & explore more food items der so that i can update the review here Accordingly .

I have visited Turkish Grilled Chicken earlier many times, cool place for small gathering. Yesterday, We (Lucknow Foodies) visited Turkish Grilled Chicken, Gomti Nagar, It was my second visit as a part of Lucknow Foodies.
I tried Chicken Shawarma and Biryani made in olive oil. I had earlier tried Shawarma of the house but this time the shawarma was amazing. We mentioned it to the owner, Mr. Waqas told that he had made some changes in the bread. And the chicken filling was perfect like always.
Biryani in olive oil, It's rare combination to be served in lucknow. It was good in taste and texture.

Today (Wednesday) we gave a surprise Visit to Turkish Grilled Chicken.
if we talk about the space its little less in size but comfortable enough for 20-25 people at the same time.And for me if it's good food i can eat it on the side walk of the road.
So we ordered Chicken Shawarma Roll, Falafel, Grilled Chicken with Kabsa Rice, Brown Bread, Dum Biryani
Shawarma Rolls was above the average bcz of different sauces were used this time.
Falafel was really good as it was giving a tough competition to the Ultimate Dish "Grilled Chicken".
And the Grilled Chicken was totally Awesome.I had it about two hours ago and believe me i am mouth watering while writing about it. It was Soft, juicy, fully absorbed flavors of Spices.
totally worth it. Going to visit again this same week.
Kabsa Rice was good too.
And Dum Biryani Prepared in Olive Oil was great, as i am not a great fan Of Chicken Biryani but it was good, value for Money.
so in our order these were the main Attraction to make us drooling.
you are looking for good food and Great Hospitality this is the place you should try At least once.

This is a small and cozy place mean't for a small group of people where one can sit back and relax while having it's tasty grilled chicken.
The ambiance is good,the waiters were responsive and the service was satisfactory.
The presentation was good but not something fascinating but it wasn't bad either.
The rates are reasonable and quite budget friendly.What appeals more is the way chicken in prepared in a big oven which is visible through the glass partition.
What is really surprising was that the grilled chicken was prepared OIL FREE.There was negligible oil ,naturally there has to be some for greasing.The chicken was juicy and grilled properly so it was pretty soft.
The chicken Shawarma roll is absolutely delicious,the filling was hot and juicy with the perfect blend of spices and herbs.
Dum biryani was also great and being prepared in olive oil is something un-heard of specially in Mid range restaurants like this.So definitely it makes even more healthy as compared to sunflower oil and adds to the advantage of those people who avoid oily food.
Chicken steak wasn't up to the mark,it was just small chunks(shred's) of chicken on toothpicks.But it wasn't that bad also good for snacks specially for kids who are lazy to lift their spoons or use their hands to eat the grilled chicken.
Overall it's a great place to enjoy mughlai delicacies but it would have been better if it had offered more variety of delicacies and had improved a bit on space but all said and done this is an awesome place to dine and enjoy with your buddies and delight your taste buds.
But if you have large group,the lack of space might cause a bit of a problem but otherwise there is no complains what so ever ,the food is tasty and the prices are budget friendly. :D :)
Turkish Grilled is quite known for it's shawarmas. In fact, it's the only place in Gomti Nagar that serves good quality Shawarmas.
The restaurant is a small cozy place where not more than 15-20 people can dine at a given time.
Food is good. Shawarma's are truly yum. Grilled Chicken and Chicken Steak were fine too. Another highlight was the Olive Oil Biryani.
The staff is quite attentive and responds to queries well.
Prices are moderate. It's a good option for people living the near by vicinity.
I'll rate it 3.5 on 5!
