Hotel is good, nice interior and ambiance but the it is situated in the interior of Hazratganj, it is not on the running main road. As Hazratganj is a very busy place and if you are searching for any place you don’t get too much time to stop your vehicle on the busy road. And If you are on the car it is really very hard to find this hotel. I had to park my car in the parking to find this place. Otherwise everything thing is good about this place.
The best hotel I found in hazartganj, with the best online price per day of 3100rs. Food was delicious and staff were excellent. It was totally safe and rooms clean, hygenic and close to most of the imp landmarks. Just go for it. They did say that we can book by directly calling the hotel and they will give some concessions too.
Good place to stay at Lucknow. Delicious breakfast Reception is good.
Sensor controlled lights are slightly confusing. Very near to metro, good shops ,restaurants and street food joints. Reasonable rents.
Had a long 3 days sales meeting at this place after a long long time. Things were quite same as before. The same warmth of staff. Room which my colleagues had booked was good but not outstanding. Food quality was definitely not what it was the last time I was here and in rush hour there was quite often the shortage of variety of food served and replacements were short if tastes as well as flavour. But still good.
A very good hotel at the heart of the city, Hazratganj. Being centrally located, all amenities are right there at your footstep. It is more appropriate for business events and corporate gatherings but not the best ones from family stays. Staffs are cooperative and helpful.
We arranged a function there. The hospitality was good. There are 2 things which should be taken care by Hotel Levana.
1) When our guests arrived then only 3 rooms were ready. We communicated about everything way before and even reminded but only 3 rooms were ready which was disappointing but these guys arranged the rooms really quickly and everything was available to our guests in 15 min.
Hence, the experience was good there.
2) They have only 1 luggage trolley. But bul guest arrival at times it may become difficult.
But overall food, hospitality, hygiene, neatness and cleanliness everything was on point.
Our function was really well executed by the Levana Team. Guests were really happy and satisfied.

Went there to try their breakfast buffet which is priced at Rs. 414 per person and to my surprise it was worth every penny spent as they had a great variety ranging from South indian, North Indian to English breakfast menu. Service can be improved a bit for complete performance from their end 👍

Lucknow city. The entry is little difficult to notice but by putting board on main road . The food served is tasty and good But not extraordinary. The rooms are nice and with all basic amenities. The conference hall is well lit. There was issue with the sound system but rectified next day. Housekeeping is doing wonderful job.
Absolutely loved it. Prime location, ample parking, great interiors, good room size and many more. Must appreciate the restaurant manager who wears a smile 24/7 and attends to guest needs in best possible manner.
