Hotel location and infra is good.
But rooms are not well maintained and having cigarette smell.Service is very poor. Rooms are not getting ready on time.I have checked in at 16.00 hrs instead of 12.00 hrs but I have to wait as room was not ready
Bathroom towels , soap and toiletries were not available Towel supplied after repeated calls .Room service and reception number is same and no one is picking up in wee hrs.Even roof top restaurant is not maintained well. Service providers are only interested in tip.Most important thing is hospitality and professionalism which is badly missing.Staff are in the habit smoking and chewing tobacco. Growth of this

Overall experience was good. But their TV needs recharge and after so many requests it was not done.
At walkable location from hussian ganj metro station n accessible to aminabad market.
Staff behaviour n their service was excellent.
Rooms need little maintenance regarding pest.

We were for the friends wedding and we choose this hotel because of the location, it's near by Hussainganj Gate 2 metro station. First of all its within a budget and the other things is bed 🛏️ is very comfortable. Looks like the hotel has very good interior but due shortage of the emp or unresponsible behaviour of the management the hotel was not well maintained. I'm very satisfied with interior design and comfort and breakfast of this hotel. I can suggest people to choose this place.
Had a very comfortable stay. Also their inhouse cafe has lot of options and food quality and taste is amazing. The staff is courteous. Just hope they can work on their response time especially housekeeping.
Common wash room need to be kept clean. Pillow covers need to be changed, when customer vacates. Services can be made further good. Overall rating between satisfactory and good
I personally recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be good and safe at the same time... The parking facility is very bad but the services room and ambiance is just marvelous and for any function this hotel is recommended

Location: Nice hotel in the bustling Husainganj.
Very close to the metro station.
There is little parking available in front of the hotel. I would advice to check it with the hotel beforehand.
Check in: The reception was on 2nd floor. An id card for everyone was needed and check in was smooth.
The hotel: Very nice rooms, beautiful interior, full sun block curtains. The restaurant is on the terrace. The decor of the terrace is beautiful.
Food: The restaurant serves good options in buffet breakfast ( parathas, sewai, idli, tea, eggs, bread). We also dined and lunched a few times and ordered the indo-chinese options. They tasted good too.
Service: We were helped with our luggages while checking in as well as out. We asked for drinking water and they filled our bottles with RO water.
Experience is good but, in bathroom towel not available, after ask for this on reception, she said, she will send in few minutes but nobody come, and there no hand wash liquid, soap, nothing available in bathroom, also frige in on but no cooling,
