M mad for South indian food
I just ruined 6 tawas just to get perfection in my dosas n failed in it. I m regular to sagar ratna . I wish they just issue a golden card to eat here for life time... with you can understand my cravungs for their food. We often this outlet with my family mostly on last Sunday's. I like all South dishes they serve. Spl coconut chutney.
Full marks for good stuffing and flavours.
Not complaints at all. It's a very busy place have to wait. Rest no worries. I had spring dosa, masala dosa and uttpam. My bro had pav bhaji..

One of the best Places for family dinner scenes. Tried fried masala Idli it was good tangy with a unique taste & i wanted to try some different dosa so ordered ONION PANEER masala dosa it was also very nice. A bit too heavy though.
Located in a big, majestic Maharaja Regency. Very royal infrastructure and interiors... A beautiful, warm and holistic environment inside the restaurant. They have really maintained the quality of interiors very well. Food served is upto the taste marks and the service is also humble. Overall a great experience to spare time for a meal there with friends n family.

The restaurant is nice but quality of food could be better. Thali is fixed and no mix and match is available not even for rotis!!
Quantity is great, 2 person can share it. Taste wise thali was great. Paneer was soft . Gravy is prefect cooked. Samak rice khichdi was yum . Sabudana kheer was delicious. Shahi aloo was great. Aloo pakoras was also good. Puris was crispy and soft from inside. Gravy aloo was good in taste . Price was worth for this thali .

Best south indian food to have in ludhiana. Sagar Ratna has sustained and successfully made its place in the hearts of ludhianvis definitely. Watch out for hour long waiting queue on the weekends. Quick service and efficient staff. They have maintained their brand image, authenticity and taste of the cuisine all over the years. They are the favourite amongst ludhiana people in Navratras, because they offer special Navratra Food here. Apart from this regularly, Dahi Wada is their nest selling product. Look out for a number of dosas, uttapams in the menu. They have special south indian and north indian thalis in lunch. Worth every penny!

Very nice and good place to visit, Staff is good but Manager(Mr Santosh) don't have sense to talk to their customer.
Very Politiely Speaking over the bill issue and he came and started like sir tumne order kiya hai to pay karna padega and when i reverted him back as Sir, I am paying you whole bill except this Rs 230 which is totally tastleless and we have not eaten it.
That was not justiefied answer according to him and he lost his mind started yelling like Tumhe pay karna hoga, tumne order kara : khao na khao but pay karo aur baat khatam karo.

we people come at your place so means we have budget for the same and why gonna anyone say for Rs 230 when bill is more than Rs2000. First time very much dissatisfied. Learn to talk, or talk according to your age.
