The traditional Chinese name for a herb, ‘San Qi’ suggests sophistication and refinement – this immense space which occupies the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel in Worli is assuredly elegant in the way that only the ancestrally wealthy are.
Stride through the doors and one is immediately whooshed into a flurry of activity – teppanyaki chefs whirling food around as diners watch on, enthralled, waiters on a hurriedly endless rotation from table to kitchen; the very environment transformed with an air conditioner cranked to full blast – no matter the weather outside, bring a jacket for inside.
San-Qui at four seasons Mumbai is place to experience some exotic cuisine. Being here itself gives a luxury feel and having its variety of delicious food here makes your dinning time a memorable one. The Japenese dishes are the best and never the less bring the experience of Japan right into your feel. The warm gestures of the staff and waiter is delightful as well
I visited this place on a Sunday night. San Qi Four is all about luxury dining and their concept & food is an experience in itself. The food is of top notch quality and the ambiance is subtle yet royal. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Perfect for dining with your family!
Took Susan & Noah for dinner here. Was very impressed by everything. Warm staff. Noah had a cold, so they brought hot water and hot gulab jamun for him. Love that.
Also, they have great Japanese as well as Indian food. The open kitchen sent tantalizing whiffs of these different cuisines.
Interiors are spacious and tasteful. I have to mention that's it's on the costlier side of life, so be aware. However, I think you won't regret treating yourself here.
Must try the Wasabi prawn starter. Trust me.
With Asian cuisine in vogue and offered by so many hotels and restaurants, it is not easy to be innovative and fresh. San-Qi does it well. I like that you don’t have to enter Four Seasons for entering San-Qi.
Although this place is known for its Chinese and Asian food, we took the onus to try out North Indian food. The food wasn't extraordinary but it wasn't bad either. We tried the basic assorted Indian breads with a few sabzees and dal, and it was satiating. I had recommend you go here for Chinese or Asian food as it is what it's mainly known for. Happy munching.
P.s. This place is a celebrity special, so you might end up bumping into some b-town celebrity.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the country. There are a small number of restaurants globally that impress me with the right combination of fantastic food & flavors, outstanding service, staff that make you feel more like family than a customer and also deliver real value for the money spent. San Qi is one of those restaurants. From a food perspective, you can experience a cornucopia of flavors ranging from China and India to Japan and Thailand. The open kitchen also makes it fun and entertaining.
Linked to the Four Seasons Hotel, San Qi needs to live up to certain expectations and the menu, wine list, food and the service does that. Housed next to the hotel entrance the restaurant is on two levels; beautifully designed it has contemporary and intimate feel. Atmosphere is superbly intriguing. Signature dishes are show stoppers. Excellent place to come and dine well.
One of the best restaurant in town; always enjoy the drinks including great wine menu, delicious food and desserts (nothing like Timeless chocolate)!
They asked : What's so special about being at an Pan Asia restro?
I answered : They serve all the delicacies that I crave for. 😅
So yeah yeah you're right there.
Today is about a Pan Asia restro here in Mumbai at Four Seasons Hotel named San Qi.
They served the Japanese delicacies for me and Indian delicacies for my friend from Japan.
And me and my friend we both we mesmerized with the exact traditional taste that their food tasted.
Right from the far dumplings, sushi and dimsums wete from Japanese culture. To the Naan (roti?) And chicken Tikka with a whole crab and a lobsters were the exact things I was looking for as they soothe my soul. 😅
Even the dessert that got served to was amazingly watery for mouth.
But yes I tried to reduct the waste of food nothing much 😅
Stayed at four seasons and really wanted to just chill after a big few days. Had lunch and dinner here.
Very accommodating for food options. The food was delicious and decent sized servings. Would highly recommend if you want some Asian cuisine (Thai is what I tried).
If I had the opportunity to give them a thousand stars, I would definitely do that.
I don't know how so many people are just plucking out cons of this so amazing hotel.
I was fortunate enough to have a stay here. The rooms were clean, on call room service available, food was excellent, service was great. Fabulous Experience!!
Moreover, hats off to their honesty.
When I realized that the watch is not with me, I immediately called them and asked if they had got it. They affirmatively replied that they have got it.. I was surprised to see their honesty and loyalty.
They could have taken my watch and not informed me.
That's all that I want to say is that this hotel is amazing and their honesty towards their fellow customers will definitely lead them to a bright future ahead. Keep Growing!!

We had breakfast and dinner at San:Qi. For breakfast we had so many things to pick from! There were options from the menu plus an all you can eat buffet. There were many sweets to pick from and also a big selection of savory food. Our breakfast was very filling and delicious
I had a nice lunch with nice dishes, especially loved the Yang Chow Fried Rice so much that I ordered one more to take home. It was unfortunate that they did not pay attention to the packaging, putting oily chilie sauce and soya sauce in a paper cup, in the car it leaked all over my lap. Please use plastic sealed cups next time.
I had been to this restaurant located in Four Seasons Hotel with my family for non - veg lunch.Ordered
out non veg appetizers and non-veg main course it was very delicious . Tried out cocktails too.Had an amazing time over here with my family and with good service.
Been eating at this restaurant for more than a year now. They have never disappointed us.
Last week got a chance to visit them almost daily. lip-smacking and the service was outstanding as usual.
We had breakfast and dinner at San:Qi. For breakfast we had so many things to pick from! There were options from the menu plus an all you can eat buffet. There were many sweets to pick from and also a big selection of savory food. Our breakfast was very filling and delicious. For dinner we sat upstairs and could select from a variety of Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes. The spinach noodles and the truffle edamame dumplings were the best. Our dinner was a bit overpriced but the mouthwatering food and peaceful atmosphere made the whole thing worth it! I highly suggest eating at San:Qi if your looking for some multi nationality cuisine.
Across a couple of weeks, I had two visits to the restaurant
The first one didn't turn up to be very great considering the standards the hotel is known for. The first dish - some pork item - was wonder, but there was an issue with a lamb dish, and they sorted it out later. The payment mode was a bit of ian issue too with staff not knowing much about the mode of payment which I had selected, but the issue was eventually sorted out in a few mins.
The second one was close to amazing, however. A lot of crowds and this is the only restaurant operation and has all major types of cuisines. One of the dishes - salmon - was very hard to chew and having tasted this dish multiple times at similar level restaurants before, I know how it tastes. The other main course - steamed Sea bass was amazing although on a spicier side, especially the vegetables which accompanied the dish. Both the desserts - chocolate cake and cheesecake were scrumptious.
One this common amongst the two visits was the staff needs to be told everything - to fill water, to give a new fork/knife for a new dish, to change plates, and also didn't have much idea about what a particular dish has. Didn't find this at similar level restaurants and I feel the staff are a bit less trained / less informed over here, and that's nowhere near the 5* mark.
Excellent service, food and ambiance!!! They cater to all palates...from Indian, Thai, Chinese, to Japanese...you are in for a treat! Family friendly with Vegetarian and non Vegetarian options.
Good food nice service family and friendly veg and non veg options.there were many sweets to pick from and also a big selection of Savory food.
