+91 a theme, which is India's telephone code, they have curated a menu out of it. Each dish consists of an std code of the area from which it belongs. Such an innovative thought. They are also gonna make changes and additions every 3 months to the already vast menu. Coming to the ambiance, they have just nailed it. Be it a wall with match boxes or a CRT monitors as shelves at bar counter, all of them makes an attractive look. Staff is friendly, soft spoken and knows their menu really well.

One of the best restaurant so, far that I visited in Juhu. It's a promising restaurant that will definitely give you amazing experience in terms of food, service and ambiance.
Talking about ambiance, it's warm and pleasant. Match boxes on the wall will take you to flash back of 90's when we used to get those match boxes. Bar counters having old TV boxes filled with liquor bottles. Just amazing. Very thoughtful and comforting.
About service, it was top notch and manager was on toe all the time making sure all the guests are happy and comfortable. Servers were very knowledgeable about the dishes and suggested some awesome dishes.
Coming towards food, it was amazing as I was able to experience fusion of food right from East to West and North to South part of India.

❖ Theme- Super delicious authentic Indian food served in a modern way is what the theme is all about. Name of the restaurant ( +91) is arrived from the ISD code of India which is +91 as the restaurant serving authentic Indian food from all around the India.(5/5)
❖ Ambience- As soon as you would enter inside you will come to the food menu of the restaurant as the interior is perfectly matching. Seating is very comfortable and size of the table is big too. Dining area is not really big but looks spacious. Bar is set up nicely with display of bottles in old TV screens. A table in front of the bar is ideal place to seat i felt. Got private dining section too might be for a group of 12(Aprox). Got display kitchen where you can see your delicious kebabs getting cooked.(4.5/5)
❖ Food and Beverage- Food and beverage is what they have mastered in. Menu is designed really nicely and can feel that lot and lot of try and errors are done before opening the restaurant. Chef’s has really worked hard to get it done in the authentic way. They serving really authentic Indian food from all around the India in a modern way. Each dish has well thought of. They have given STD code of the Place from where the respective dish is originated/taken from. cocktails are really unique but might need more thought of serving it in the best way.(5/5)
❖ To sum up- A Indian food from all around the nation served in a really unique and modern way is what I saw in the +91 restaurant. Staff was so attentive and well known of all their dishes from the menu. Food was super authentic in taste and had innovative serving standard. I would strongly recommend this place to Indian food lovers who like to try something different in taste and environment from the regular Indian food serving restaurants. I am sure this restaurant has lot to offer to foodie mumbaikar. The efforts which whole team of +91 has taken can be easily seen.

Well to be very Frank I was very excited to visit this just to see how did they got a rating like 4.9 in almost 3 months (this opened some 3-4 months ago).. but now I am confident that yes this is perfect rating :P .
Located in juhu, I went from D.N nagar metro station by rickshaw.. quite easy to locate..
One of the bessst places I have ever discovered in my food journey..

Suran(Elephant-foot) is the thing I hate like anything but... If some one can make such thing out of suran , I am loving suran forever.

⏺️Zucchini Mussallam :- Highly Recommended... It was Amazing how can Zucchini be Soo tasty and used in Indian food.. oh it was amazing.. I have no words.. it was stuffed with paneer inside and the paneer and zucchini tasted so amazing..
⏺️Langar wali kalli Daal :- the dal is cooked overnight and then served.. It was tasting Soo good for some time I felt that I was in some authentic punjabi dhaba .. It was that good..
⏺️Rice and Indian Bread :- They have a variety of rice and Indian breads too and they are buttery and soft ... Totally worth having it.
Desserts:-
⏺️Gajar Halwa modak- It was too eye appealing but very okay-ish at taste... People who wanna have sweet good but are diabetic This is one good option for them.. More than a Halva or modak it's mousse.
⏺️ Hazelnut Chocolate Praline:- The bessst kind of chocolate I ever had, it was Belgium chocolate with mousse inside... And raspberry sourbet.. Highly Recommended ❤️❤️

Ohh god the Motichur was Soo juicy and the Rabhi was Amazing.. Woaaah what a taste...

+91 is an odd name for a restaurant, making it difficult to find on Google, but don't let that deter you from coming here. This is a fine place serving quirky dishes from across the country. The restaurant is located in the narrow lane opposite Cafe Aroma. Valet Parking is available here.
The ambiance is very experimental and funky. Service is also good. It was easy to distinguish between the good and bad dishes as the good dishes barely lasted 1 minute on the table and the bad dishes were left over as no one wanted to complete them. We were a group of 8 people and here's what we ordered:
Good Recommended Dishes/Drinks-
Mango Masala Mojito - Nice version of Aam Panna
Banarasi Pan Colada - Like drinking liquid paan
Masala Oats & Corn Bhel - Too good!
Edamame & Ratalu Tokri Chaat - Yummy chaat
Langar waali kaali daal - Delicious but not too thick black daal.
Motichur & sitafal rabdi parfait - Highly recommended sweet dish!
Average / Bad Dishes-
Imita - Avoid this tamarind cocktail. Tasteless.
Papad Platter - A collection of fried papadums.
Saffron & Suran Galouti - Slightly sweet, but not very tasty.
Portobello Mushroom Galouti - It didn't taste like mushroom and was horrible.
Peeli Mirch Paneer Tikka - It was a spicy paneer tikka which didn't taste too good.
Gajar Halwa Modak - It was a less sweet orange coloured mousse which did not taste like carrot halwa.
The overall bill with drinks for 8 people was about 1400 per person, which is reasonable. The place serves some innovative fusion dishes as well as traditional fare from across the country. Definitely worth a visit!
The innovation where Indian food is given leverage and a jolt of imagination. You can find all the variety of the specialist and tastes from all states. Quality is more than you'd expected... Leaves you savouring leaves you wondering

A Big Tx u to Mr Bikram for arranging a table for 12 on short notice ( being a Sunday & Father’s Day ) he got us a corner table for our group .

5. Lucknowi Malai Paneer Sheekh - Average . Ordered this for kids without the harissa sauce . Was ok .

1. Paneer Makhanwala - For Kids ( non spicy veg ) - Found it too sweet though .
2. Zucchini Mussallam - I have to say I’m not a zucchini fan but this veg curry for amazing . We guys cleaned the entire dish . The zucchini itself was decent but the gravy was yummy 😋

Very interesting food and decor. The starters and drinks were rather good. The mains were a little disappointing. The dessert menu was unusually limited for a restaurant that themes itself on pan Indian fine dining (the name is a clue). Their drinks looked very imaginative, though perhaps gimmicky (haven't tried them) with concoctions like avakai mojito and a rasam with whiskey.
