Had a lovely experience today. Excellent food quality. Even packaging was excellent
It is really a great place. I went there based of a video uploaded on Facebook and it was an awesome place and the punjabi style food which we often crave for is at its best. Give it a try you’ll really like it.
Warm and welcoming hospitality, absolutely amazing food and service, special thanks to Dinesh.
Right from the beginning till the end , I loved the service provided by Mr. Sameer . He suggested us the veg platter which consisted of two paneer kabab , two dahi paneer , mushroom grilled and hara bhara kabab. The dahi version of the kabab was different and delicious . We also tried their signature cocktails which was great . All in all punjab grill didn't disappoint us and had a great lunch time
I like the fact that this Punjab Grill offers you something other than the one at Palladium, both outlets are great, the food here is very well made and the service is always looking after what you exactly want, I've always had good experiences here with royal treatment.
Amazing ambience ,good food , Nice service by Sameer !
Our server, Mr Sameer is really hospitable and made us very comfortable. Food is superb especially Bhatti da murgh. It’s a must have. Ambience and songs are also great. Truly hospitable place with delicious food. :)
Mr Sameer was extremely courteous and went out of the way to prepare for us saRson ka saag n makkai ki roti. The gesture touched us. Thanks Sameer for making out giests happy
Excellent food combined with great service from Sameer who ensured everyone got what they wanted. Highly recommended for Mughlai food. Dum biryani and kebabs platter recommended.
Let me start with the ambience and the decorum of this place which was up to the mark.
The staff here is really attentive and smart.
Sameer to be specific was very helpful and made our experience best one.
Great food and atmosphere!! Had the mix chicken kebab platter. Really good but the center of two pieces weren’t fully cooked. The service staff was attentive however the food service was slow. We went there about 2pm.
The food here is really great!
The service could be a bit better!
Butter chicken was absolutely delicious!
The Punjab Grill has a very concise menu with punjabi favorites in a casual dining setup at more reasonable costs.
The menu has some of the most delicious punjabi food you'll ever come across. Right from the starters to their gravies to their renowned biryanis.
Awesome food. Great service and ambiance. We went for dinner and the food was amazing. Loved the experience
Impressively tasty food and great service. We enjoyed our dinner so much. We were offered a variety of local meals prepared in such a good way. The helpful staff provided us with exclusive care and an amazing experience.
Located at Kalaghoda, Punjab Grill is a plush restaurant that caters to the elite. The restaurant rides on delectable food, classy ambiance and good hospitality. The menu has wide offerings. Visit them for your treat of North Indian cuisine.
The best food experience we had! Hands down! The service from the staff, the chef and the amazing food was just an out-of-the-world experience!
We ordered:
Masala Papad
Paneer tikka multani
Kadaknath tandoori chicken
Bhatti da murg
Veg kesari biryani
Amritsari kulcha
Laccha paratha
Sparkling red wine
Rolla colla (zomato gold)
Pinnaple coconut
Tandoori jhenga biriyani
Mutton boti with dhaniya kulcha
Tandoori mutton raan
Jalebi rabdi and doodh
Gulab janum
Shaahi feerni (complimentary by chef)
And everything was just perfectly cooked. The bill came around 12,500 for 6 people but we had heavy dinner, so...
A must recommended for mutton raan, prawns biriyani (ask this from the chef, he will make it)
Great Food with superb service. The chicken we had were moist and cooked to perfection. The ambience is good but it could have been better.
Punjab grill is probably amongst the top fine dine restaurants serving mughlai cuisine - well, it's certainly the best that I've been to. I tried a couple of starters, the chicken tikka, the lamb ribs, surmai fry, prawns, dahi k kebab, bhutteya de kebab, and each dish was absolutely delicious. I even ordered a home style mutton curry and bhindi ki sabzi with roti, and even that was delicious. Evergreen the desserts that I ordered were absolutely delicious. The Ambiance and the service are also great.
My Recommendations-
• Punjabi Krant
• Champ Tajdar
• Tandoori Jhinga
• Nalli Nihari
• Shahi Tukda
Location- Kalaghoda of Mumbai is one of the most talk of the town place I feel, this restaurant is located on exact corner of it so certainly located in the best areas of Mumbai. (5/5)
Concept- Punjabi food done in super classical way is what they have thought of and done it in the style. Authentic food/culture of Punjab presented in fine dine way at its best. (5/5)
Interiors- as I said its located on perfect corner, their interiors is perfect too. Restaurant is huge with ground plus one sitting. You can see huge chandelier as soon as you enter inside. Bar set up is on ground floor, bar would have been more highlighted I felt. Sitting arrangement is made really comfortable with good number of couches and even tables are bigger. Lighting is bright and yellow, giving really classic feel to the restaurant. Music which was playing at the back was okayish. Feel of the restaurant throught my dining time was wonderful for sure.(4.5/5)
Service- Manager of the restaurant was really kind and ever helping. His suggestions were spot on. Each server was well known about the menu they are serving. Service was quick and can say perfect. (5/5)
Food and Beverage- Considering this restaurant as food place, bar menu was impressive and really lengthy. They had all classic alcohol options along with classic cocktail and signature cocktails of their own. Bar setup was looking dull though (I felt so). Few of the twisted cocktails are really a must try. Food menu had edge when it comes to quality, taste/flavours of each dish. Starting from soups, starters, main courses and desserts each dish has its own identity and class of Punjab grill. Few of the authentic dishes were made authentically but twisted according to the modern era. I would like to mention the doneness of the meat which was really spot on, full marks to the chef here. (4.5/5)
To sum up- Best thing about the menu I saw is they have kept non veg dishes first and then veg dishes, so it clearly says that a must visit place for non-vegetarians. Service standards were top notch. Few of their dishes which I have mentioned are must try dishes. I would be one of their regular guests now onwards for sure. I will strongly recommend this place if you are craving for fine dine north Indian food.
