I tried their special thali.
The thali was awesome.it had a big surmai fry piece,jawla ,fish gravy,bhakri and many more items.
They taste was awesomeand the quality of fish was very fresh.
Worth visiting again with family and friends.
Wonderful seafood amazing place
After visiting gajalee in mangalore almost 7 years back thought of visiting their mumbai outlet as I had an amazing experience there.
Known for its sea food one would be foolish if they dont order seafood here. I ordered for a surmai fry but was disappointed with it. It was totally bland and the slice of surmai couldn't get thinner than the one I recieved.
The pick of the day was prawns biryani which we ordered. Recommended for sure. Great flavors and good preparation.

With many new malvani fish serving outlets in this hospitality business you need to up your game in terms of quality of preparation for fishes.
It was a moderately busy Saturday evening. However, we didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive.
We ordered Tandoori Pomfret & Surmai Fish Thali. They made us select the fish, which was then sent to be cooked, implying freshness. It was absolutely tasty, and we did/could not stop till we finished it!
The Surmai Fish Thali was good as well.
The Gateway Sunrise Cooler was quite refreshing.
Though I feel that the interiors needed a little repair, and I could also spot a fly.
Overall Bill was about ₹2500 (₹1700 for the Pomfret!).

Gajali is good for dum biryani, I don't like there sea food as i tried there fried surmai fish, Frank ly speeking i dont like it.
There dum biryani is spicy in test..and really worth to have it.strongly recommend...
Superb sea food here! My favourite is bombay duck- so subtle yet crispy and delicious!! Also one of my favourite drink is Sol kadi which is a great appetizer! Must visit place in Mumbai!!
The bombil fry is amazing and so was the mushroom tandoori starter. The waiters are very cooperative and humble. The only thing which remains is the choice of desserts is very limited. That can upgrade the dining experience to another level.

Prawns in green chilly- Delicious, wouldn't taste very spicy at the start but once the dosh is about to get over u start going all crazy...we ate the masala with a neer dosa.
Tandoori Crab- we selected our own crab..they charge as per the days catch..it costed us around 3300. But it was worth..i had amazing experience.
I don't think any Sea food lover would need introduction about this place! They literally serve anything you can think of in sea food! I have tried their crabs, lobster, shark, prawns, shells etc and none of the dishes ever disappoint! :)

We went there very late so we couldn't get crab ,sumai dishes.. we got fish roll of surmai cause it's masala was already ready.. solkadi must try

if you wish to enjoy seafood plus have an awesome ambience i think this is a good place to visit.
We ordered chicken curry prawn curry and both tasted differently which is not case in other restos. Chapati n Rotis were fresh and soft.
Prawns Biryani is a must try well spiced no nonsense. Seafood is actually esh well cooked.
Received warm welcome and service was professional and neat.

Good and yummy fingerlicking food...Nice ambience...Visited Friday afternoon....being a working day crowd was less and no waiting time...Must visit place for all seafood lovers ✌️
As we visited this place over weekdays, not much of waiting like weekends, we tried food suggested by staff at restaurant, chicken kebab with maharashtriyan style Amboli and ghavne with spl. prawns curry.. every thing was super awesome in taste and worth trying once. Supportive staff, good service, Good food.. that is all you want
A one time must visit restaurant. The speciality of this place is seafood. Ambience is good. The quality and taste of their food is great. The starter, bombil wrapped with prawns and oyster in green chilli sauce are amazing.
Although, was disappointed with the quantity of the food compared to the price.
I wanted to try Maharashtrian Sea food and this place will not disappoint you for the varieties. Amazing food and all of them prepared quite quickly. Some of the dishes are priced "as per catch" and do not stay the same always. All in all a good place if you like Sea food. The staff is also quite courteous.
I love this restaurant!! The food is just mind-blowing. The service is great. their must trys are Tandoori Crab, tandoori prawns, bombil fry, fish curry. No other place can replicate their crab tandoori. N also solkadhi, how could I forget that. It's lipsmackingly good. Normally it's crowded over the weekends but the food is worth the wait time
