Rice and chicken crispy was good. But surprisingly prawns were not cooked properly. Felt like it was a bit raw inside.

The best chicken kepsa till date. They provide alot of quantity at such affordable price. The delivery was on time and the taste is just awesome. Well packed and garnished. The gravy just has another level taste. The masala's in it are nicely blend and the smokey chicken wing along with it just taste so yum. Don't forget to try this!!
Good food. But bad service, if you sit near AC they don't increase temperature nor they will lift the flap up. Said to multiple people. At the end I have to change table. Bring your shawls & sweaters if you plan to sit in AC. If you cannot eat whole and ask for take away then the quality & chicken pieces gets reduced & disappeared.

This was typical vintage style restaurant where you will get best Kepsa Rice, we order Mao special Kepsa and it was very delicious. You get four to five type of chicken starters. Chicken was very well cooked. Must try for Non veg lover.

One of the best Kepsa one could have in Mumbai. Try the Tandoori Chicken Kepsa, has a very smoky flavour that tingles the taste buds. Quality Rice, masala and chicken pieces too.
While the a la cart menu would have smaller portions, the catering menu serves best when ordered for a group. A big plate that fills for 7-8 people has about 8 large meaty chicken pieces and would cost around ₹750/- only making it a very reasonable order. This is possible as the Mao Family Restaurant is not only a done in restaurant but they are also caterers who take food/party orders.
