Well if u believe in "health" and "organic" in ur life then this is the place to be....infact the first glimpse of the menu scared me (the foodie) at core if I would be able to relish something or not...but when I had food it was great!
Interesting salad bowl which had a drama on the plate (check the pic) ..full of colors and different tastes from sweet, sour, tangy etc and refreshing of course!! And then we had a Balinese curry bowl with prawns, again super high on health quotient as I felt more of veggies in my mouth than curry which came with a brown/black rice. Of course the healthy quotient sacrifices the authentic taste but interesting trade off I would say.
Interestingly so ...we didn't miss our dose of calories in form of choclate souffle ..best was it was made fresh and could feel the difference of "no sugar added" and natural sugar which came from the fruits and inheritance of ingredients. Feel less sinful... :) Overall best for health breakfast and meal...should try when around fort...interesting decor also adds to the peaceful aspect of the place
📍Sequel Bistro & Juice Bar, is a cute and homely joint nested in the lanes of Kala Ghoda. It offers the desired combinaion of healthy and tasty food and is well known for its unique presentation and service!! I strongly recommend this place for vegans and health conscious people :)

Loved the ambience, especially the Guac oh my god ❤ the 1st smoothie on the list in the drinks menu with cacao in it, absolutely YUMMY.

Well then sequel is the one you should go for. Simple decor, friendly staff.
And food, let me tell you I was never a fan of smoothies as such but this place just made me crave for it more. The presentation and the taste all on point filling your stomach and your heart.

I haven’t visited sequel but it’s a favorite go to for ordering for office lunch. Firstly the packaging is souper (eco friendly too!), the produce is always fresh, the flavours are not too strong and overall a hearty but light on the stomach meal. Their vegan options are exceptional, (macrobiotic bowl, energy vegan bowl, vegan desserts), I also ordered their nut & seed gluten free loaf, which was honestly a bit blah. The place is definitely overpriced and overhyped- maybe they should refresh the menu every once a while?
Healthy? If that comes to your mind then this is your to-go place. You won't find even one dish that is unhealthy at Sequel. They specialize in smoothies and salads. The place is more like a cafe to work and sip refreshing smoothies. They also serve the mind bobbling small plates that I had tried.
We tried:
1.Peruvian Acai berry Jar- If you're a big fan of acai and blueberry smoothies or fruit bowls then this cannot go wrong. It has the best sweet and sour taste with dark chocolate pieces and walnuts as toppings.
2. Avocado Toast- The toast didn't feel like a slice of bread at all. It was all seeded and tasted very well. It was soft in texture.
3. Jicama Tacos- Served on a thepla like tortilla but doesn't taste like thepla at all.
Overall this place is good but the portion sizes aren't that great.

SOPHISTICATED PLACE. GOOD FOOD.
VISIT DISH: Jasmine Silver Needle White Tea, Cappuccino with Almond Milk and Charred Red Pepper Hummus.
AMBIENCE: The place has sophisticated yet cozy setting. The interiors are a mix of nice artwork and solid colours with splendid lighting.
SERVICE: The staff is courteous and the place is maintained absolutely clean. The dishes took a time to come on the table but it was worth the wait.
FOOD EXPERIENCE: The beverages and the dish were finely crafted and had a spectacular presentation. The red pepper hummus was absolutely amazing and which was served with superfood cracker(as they name it) went absolutely well. The almond milk cappuccino was something new that I tried and it tasted amazing.
Bottom line, the ambience of the place is good and so is their food. It is little pricey but worth an experience.

My favourite place for brunch. Love their foldover omelette, tacos and salmon ceviche. For coffee lovers, their coffee is great! Also one of those rare places that serves good kombucha.
Nice and cozy place to grab a vegan/organic bite. Located in the heart of Fort Area near Kala Ghoda. A quiet place for a Saturday night dinner. They have house made almond and cashew milk. Black noodles with thai curry is absolutely delicious and a must try. They also sell vegan desserts as well as granola and protein bars made exclusively in house.
Love the simplicity and vibe if this place. From rustic walls to full length windows to kotki print seating. This place believes in serving organic, visually brilliant and appetizing food. The smoothie here are to die for. Love the acai berry immunity booster bowl and the Blueberry mango jar.

Visited Sequel twice so far and I haven't been disappointed yet. The raspberry smoothie is great. The Vitality salad was amazing, but the best parts of the salad (the falafel and hummus) were low on quantity. The greens made up for the lack of it and had me wanting the falafels and hummus more. That may just be my tiny gripe with it. The salad otherwise was quite flavorful and tangy.
The tarts with pesto sauce and cherry tomatoes was terrific both times I've had it so far. Highly recommended.
The brownie with almond icecream was out of this planet. Probably might be the best dessert I've ever had.
All ingredients used are fresh and the ambience is chill and easy. Will be sure to visit again in the future.
I would return. Full Gluten Free Menu. Incredible dishes and kind service. These places make it hard to believe I just landed in India. Would recommend for anyone looking for a healthy meal.
A very different and unique place to the rest of Mumbai, in terms of food offering.
Everything is healthy, in the real sense, fresh and clean. A bit higher on the prices but worth it if quality of food matters to you.
When it comes to Hot chocolate there are handful of places in Mumbai to visit and Sequel for sure is one of them. Its a cozy cafe filled with indoor plants and wooden work. #earthyandpeaceful

Calm and soothing place to come in and enjoy a meal.
They make their own almond milk and the coffee was freshly brewed strong and flavourful.
The prices are higher than average. If you need a break from indian food, here you van find a well thought and cooked organic cousine. All we tried was soo tasty.
Tons of healthy options! Everything we tried was really amazing! Bright and beautiful space that just made me happy! The only down side, they don’t have a restroom inside!!
Sequel!! Place with a magnificent ambience and peaceful atmosphere. Well the cafe is not too big it's pretty good to hangout with small bunch of peoples and informal meeting. I specially visit from the coffee. It's pricey but worthy because they serve coffee with different flavours of milk such like Coconut, Soy, Almond and all the flavours are AWESOME! must try coffee in Almond milk. And coffee was perfectly balanced with Sweet, Bitter,Sour, Mouthfeel and a bit less in Aftertaste.
The place is cozy with soft-rock being played in background. I went on a rainy night with only 3 tables occupied. The service was quick and the server was well versed with the dishes on the menu.
The coffee-latte was average in taste. Yellow corn tortilla was good in taste and serving size but a bit costly.
One should visit Sequel if you are looking for healthy food with a good ambience.
Sequel in Mumbai is one of my all time favourite places to eat out. Thoughtfully put together menu, better than any I have seen, clearly show the hard work that has gone into bringing it to our table. Love the consistency in quality and the commitment to healthy eating.
