Kathi Kabab Roll located 5-10mins away from Lower Parel station and has turned out to be my favourite place to have rolls in Mumbai, the owner guides you well as per your taste buds when asked, very humble. And rolls here all fully stuffed and loaded with ingredients. Have tried mayonnaise chicken , Burnt garlic chicken rolls , these two are less spicy and if you’ve spicy appetite then go for peri peri. They have extensive menu and always crowded but thier service is pretty quick .
This place is near to lower Parel station. There are no seating arrangements as it's a takeaway outlet. The attendant is polite and knowledgeable to understand the order aptly.
They offer a menu consisting of variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian kathi rolls. Also have a look at their special menu which is changed daily.
In frame - chicken mango jalapeno and paneer cheesy roll.

1) chicken mango jalapeno - (4.5/5) This roll is quite surprisingly amazing. It has a sweetish taste of mango with a twist of jalapeno sauce with the slices of onions. The chicken pieces are generous and succulent with the sauce tossed in. A total worth.
2) paneer cheese (4/5) - This is for people who don't enjoy spicy food. It is cheesy with big chunks of paneer in it all tossed in well.
Final verdict, the best option I have had so far for wraps and rolls. Loved the hygiene maintained, quantity and affordable rates . Definitely try this place. 👍🏻✨
Wide varieties of rolls, every roll is perfectly filled with freshly made laccha parathas. Customising optional are available. Owner knows the taste of every roll well and he will guide you as per your tastebuds. I personally enjoyed having aloo roll, soyachap with mayo, chicken kolkata roll as well.
Best part of this outlet is there is water tap available so you can wash your messy hands after eating mayo loaded rolls.

This place is heaven! Must try for chicken lovers. Ordered Burnt Garlic and Peri Peri Roll .. both were really tasty. The service is so fast.
Best place to enjoy rolls 😋 Veg and non veg both rolls are great. Lots of variety available here. I loved the paneer ceaser salad rolls 🔥 Paneer was soo soft and sauces are so yummy 😉💙
It is located opposite to Lower Parel Phoniex Mall. 10 min away from station. I had chicken peri peri Roll and I just loved it... great taste😍😍

Awesome place for having rolls. Specially from delhi i have come here. Must try chicken peri peri roll here. Also tried Mexican chicken roll also. In sweet thet have Nutella roll which is also a good taste and lower parel railway station is around 600m from here

In a party order they might give a few rolls for free.
There is no dining so you would have to stand and eat.
But the taste and quatity of the roll is 10/10 :)

The only place in my food craving list which I can't anytime and always rate 5 +. The rich quality, taste and texture has come from a long and hard earned experience of the owner. The perfectly blended chicken with some choicest mix of spices and seasonings is something to crave for. When started they offered 4 options in Rolls. Now we can choose from over 30-40+ options and flavours in chicken, egg and veg. The place just keeps evolving and gets better every single time. The best part about this place is that the owner after so much success in the business personally oversees the operations. Very much highly recommended when your are traveling to Mumbai and for those residing here there is no excuse for not having visited this place.
Amazing place for rolls craving. Taste of all the rolls are scrumptious. The melting cheese tastes amazing.
The uncle who handles the order is very very polite and nice. One of our rolls was snatched by crow , so they replaced it instantly without asking and not even charged for that.

☑️Burnt Garlic Chicken Roll: The best seller of the outlet. We also loved the distinct flavour of sauce. We got it customized with an egg and cheese in it. The dollop of the burnt Garlic sauce was really amazing.
☑️Mexican Fiesta Roll: The piquant taste of the sauce is the hero of the roll. The spicy Mexican style roll is loaded with chicken, sour creamy and flavourful sauce.
